    Okay, I can't believe how much my attitude to money and moneysaving has changed over the last few months. I have just got very excited at buying toilet rolls :rotfl:!!!

    Well payday has arrived! After doing my sums over and over again I have bitten the bullet and paid £400 off the dreaded Vanquis card :T

    I have also done the min payments on the others... which takes my total upto...

    #265 KS2008 £526.53/£4478.17

    I will have more to pay off the Vanquis this month and then hopefully clear it next month.

    One question though... I am giving the totals that I have paid but havent thought about the interest that is being added on.
    How do others predict what they have actually paid after the interest will have come off??? :o

  • My attitude has changed too! Since Christmas we have had NO take aways, previously it would have been 1 or 2 a week. That must have saved us about £150! Also the OH has bought his lunch just ONCE since Christmas so there is another £100 easily...NOT one hazelnut latte has passed his lips! Thats another £50. Whoop whoop!

    :( Trying hard...failing miserably :(
  • Just a quickie, I keep forgetting to update.

    189 £447 /£12,100

    Slowly but surely :)

    WARNING: RANT ALERT
    =================
    OH has just made me cross, apparently we can't hypothetically move out of London in a few years time after he's lived there for a few years, although we are apparently moving to Cardiff according to him, which I am definitely not!!!
    He has said I'm not allowed to do any planning of our future and we'll just take it as it comes! HMPH! All find and well until you decide "ooh I want to buy a home", then what will he do? Magical up a 25% deposit from thin air? All I wanted to do was have some idea of house prices so I could plan my finances accordingly :(
    Funny how hypothetical conversations can make me so cross.

    I have no problems with Cardiff, but I don't want to move from one city to another. I think I just needed a blow out as he keeps telling me to stop planning stuff, which in effect is telling me to stop being me. I'm going to go find some chocolate to calm me down.
