Empty my "To Ebay" shelf - this i dread the most, it seems like so much hard work but i know it will be worth it in the end
I'm exactly the same.... only it's not so much an Fleabay shelf with me as an Fleabay cupboard, and half a Fleabay wardrobe, and maybe a bit of Fleabay shed. I've never sold anything on there but I've had the best intentions of doing so for ages
And well done, you're over 7% paid off so if you're catching up a bit next month as well you'll be on track for Xmas debt-free-ness0 -

FINALLY I have been paid :j so far we have made payments of £145 today so that takes us to £345. I'm also going to be brave and ask if we can change our total to the full (approx) debt amount... £58000 Sorry to be a pain but I'm feeling really positive!!!

Mine's normally about this. I've got it due end of Feb (maybe end of March if I don't use as many miles as expected). I should have about £300 set aside just in case, but hoping it won't be this much. They do make the car last longer though so I don't begrudge doing it.
I've just booked mine in for next week. Assuming nothing wrong, for a small service and MOT - approx. £190 :eek: Sussed out that I should be ok as will have £176 in the car account by then so only £14 short and then £75 will go in before the end of Feb which will cove £71.50 for tax at the end of the month. Phew!
In theory, should have a small spring service done on OH's car in March but it had a lot done in October and we don't drive so much now so think we should be able to hold off and just do another full service in October. Assuming nothing major in the meantime, will have more than enough in the car fund before then

More to come tomorrow when I get paid :j0 -
Cars really are a nightmare, I dread my MOT every year - passed first time and only cost £110 for a service too - and a free lolly
I am literally counting down the 6 days til payday... then I can pay off my Capital One credit card in full. Never ever done that before but it will be the first of many times this year! Just applied to 2 NHS jobs too (want to be a nurse so being a healthcare assistant will really help with my application to the RAF in October - horrah) exciting times are ahead!
Well done to everyone still making payments - you are so inspiring!! xxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0 -
Just checked my b/a to see how much I'm getting tomorrow and it's £117 more than normal as my season ticket loan is fully paid
Have updated my mahoosive spreadsheet, allocated everything to different pots, and planning to keep to all my budgets for the month which will be a first. If I can manage it then virtual chocs for everyone next payday
Thanks again JemmaDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I've just had a realisation that it's nearly Feb - that means no council tax payments for 2 months. :j:j Mine will have to go to the wedding fund rather than debt payments unfortunately as we are a little behind on the savings at the moment.:jDebt Free By Xmas 2013 #010 £16,660.26/£16,660.26 100% paid, DFD 25/06/13!:j0
