Mine's due in June all at once, that was my LBM in December "AHHHH THE CAR IS £800+ in June!!!" I remember thinking. Thereafter the "pots spreadsheet" was born :)

That's why I have a separate account for the car. It's just gone a little bit wrong :( All the payments are due before the credits. Will have a lovely surplus come the end of the year :rotfl:

    Hi Helen,
If you ever need to know what it is then a hint towards it is in pink on my signature.
This week it's: Meal planning ;) of which I've done none because it's payday on Thursday so I have no food oops.
However, I will write up a 3 week plan tonight so I know what to buy when I go food shopping :)

  • Just to let you all know... I had a text saying the oil refinery in Essex is closing as the owners are going for insolvency... apparently this will push up our petrol prices in the South East and London :(

Ah-ha. Thanks for that. I really am rubbish. :o These forums move so quickly though that it's hard to keep on top of it all ;)

That's so sad for all the staff, too. My thoughts are with anyone affected. Petrol price hikes will be a bummer, too :(

What are twice baked potatos? That all sounds scrummy (aside from non veggie meals as I'm veggie) I might steal some :)

I am veggie too! The OH is having 3 veggie meals a week now as part of the resolutions I made on his behalf :D!

Twice baked spuds are where you bake the potato, scoop out the middle and put the shells back in for 10 mins, mix the flesh with soured cream, cheese and spring onions then put the mix back in the shells and bake for another 20mins....YUM!

My week 2 and 3 menus are better I think!

    :( Trying hard...failing miserably :(

Ah, I don't mind the spinach really and it's good for me :)
Thanks for the tip but I'm not allowed dairy either so unfortunately no yoghurt for me...
Oh no, you poor thing :( that really limits you. I have a gluten intolerance and that's bad enough!
