morning, well baby roo slept from 10.30 - 7.30, waking up every 3 hours, practically on the dot for feeding, he whinged a bit when i put him back in his crib but nothing major. So not too tired today.

just have smiley time with roo, he's so happy and 'chatty' this time in the morning, going to try and get into some sort of routine, so i get housework and maybe some exercise done too.

    to do list

    put baby's washing away
    unload and reload dishwasher
    tidy up
    put more christmas decs away
try and get some exercise done
    paperwork
walk to post office (could be classed as exercise if i extend it a bit)
    put rubbish out
pot up risotto for easy teas

    Morning ladies!

I really need to check in on this thread more often, it's like a little story book :)

Yes ladies, you probably think me mad but I can't wait for sleepless nights!!!!!!!!! Although i'll probably be here moaning to you guys when the time comes, lol! I love hearing all your stories, I really do.

Missy - i'm really excited waiting to hear about your cupcake adventures - making me hungry.

I'm also loving Loumac's listing thingy - I may have to adopt this on mine...hmmm.

I went to the gym and did a combat class followed by an abs class last night = can't move this morning. Ouch! Still I did it and ate fairly well yesterday so feeling good :) I was 10st 11lbs Friday morning, hoping to lose a couple of lbs a week between now and wedding.

hi ya lovey, i was exactly the same as you, i was sooo broody, took me 18months to get pregnant with roo.

I think loumac has started off a trend with her lists! But they're so helpful!

thanks for the enthusiasm chocaddict hun, have ordered some mini cupcake cases today with my last couple of £, going to make some and take them to my friends house on thursday to cheer her up, shes a bit poorly, if i can work out how to do it ill take photos for you and post them.

hmmm roo keeps being a bit funny, messing about when feeding and not latching on and then crying when he comes off? any ideas?

Hmm... sorry hun, can't help there. Sadie has never b'fed as I could never get her to latch on. :( Only time I struggle to get her to drink from her bottle though is if she's struggling to bring up her wind or if she's trying to have a number 2 at the same time! :o

    Have a good day! xx
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Please do, I'd love to see some piccies of your cakes :)

My best friend has little boy who did similar thing, although 9 mths now....his was trapped wind problem too, just uncomfortable for him. I think she tried Gripe Water (is that right??) - not 100% sure but think that was it and used a syringe. Like I say no expert but think that's what it was.

Keep us posted on how little fella goes xx

how come your not babysitting kavics i thought you did that most weekend nights?

tv is rubbish, why is that, you'd think they would have put something good on!

No, only do it when I receive a good offer. There was nothing good for this weekend. I'm quite picky really, the child has to be in bed when I arrive, min of 4 hours, within 10 min cycling, etc. FOrtunately I can afford to be picky, London is buzzing with families desperate for babysitters. I have 2 booked so far for January, I think that might be enough.
