ok so blatantly stealing loumacs idea of listing under headings from her diary :)

    money:
i haven't spent anything apart from some lovely new baking tins which i got with my xmas vouchers.
got food but OH pays for this
im going to need petrol v soon, but will have to put that on the bills acct which OH pays for as i just dont have any money left! all the running around get the car sorted has used tons of petrol :(

    diet:
ok so today i have eaten:
    2 biscuits
    bowl of cheerios
    pitta bread
    cheese salad
    2 fromage frais
    risotto
not bad, am quite pleased with my food today, lots of veggies in there :)

    exercise:
walking into the city there and back was a couple of miles, so my exercise for the day done

    to do list:
i've not achieved a lot but:
    hung washing up
    made dinner
    been shopping
    got birthday present
    phoned hospital
filled in roo's drs form and dropped it off

so not that bad really, i don't know about anyone else but when it gets dark i just snuggle up and dont feel like doing anything.

Make sure you eat enough protein though! I find I have no energy if I don't eat enough protein and tend to snack more. I also love my carbs but as I cycle every day I let myself have pasta or rice in the evening.

Telly is rubbish tonight, I might just go to bed...

Yaaayy! I am starting the organised and using headings revolution! :j

Just a quick check in - If you get the chance, look at Daisy cupcakes on facebook. They're based in Warwick not far from me but send all over the country. Just thought it might be a little bit of inspiration for your company. They are beautiful! xx
