1 more af, total 12/15. Today will be another, but I'm not declaring that yet. The days I've drank I've had a good amount then suffered paranoia. I've bought kudzu root which is supposed to help reduce the amount you feel like drinking. :)

Hi everyone, sorry been missing due to the flu :( anyway I haven't had a drink all month so that's 24 AFD the only problem is it's my birthday tomorrow and I am really undecided whether I want a drink, we have some Guinness here so I may just have some of that. I just worry that if I buy vodka it will start me off drinking regularly again and I'm not really missing it atm.

16 AFDs and 4 nights for the SNC, please, thanks

It is sooo cold, and dark, and the bells have been clanging all week early evening. I have shut them out successfully, but each evening is difficult. I have been eating chocolate, but that gave me a headache, so this morning I felt hungover!!

All the best to everybody xxx
