despite the wine in the boot of my car singing its siren song, which includes the verse of "go on, a glug in the casserole will be lovely, and a glug in the chef even better"
Strangely enough wine sings in my boot too. It says 'drink me, drink me' as the bottles clink together.
Hope you're having a fab birthday mackeroo.
I managed another AF, so if I'd joined the SNC I would have had the full monty! Unfortunately I'm not feeling 100% and incredibly tired so not really fancying it as much as usual. Still it's an ill wind.
4 AFDs please Shaggy.
Hope everyone's managed to enjoy the weekend, especially cuppa.:)0 -
Hope you've had a super weekend Mackeroo!
I am really struggling here at the moment. I hear the bells and cave in without even putting in too much of an effort, and I know I am drinking too many units.
I have gone from being and feeling really fit and healthy to being a bit of a slob in about 6 weeks!!!
I need to pull it together but feel completely under motivated. How to give myself a big kick up the jacksie?Trying to keep in budget.

Morning
No AFDs to report but nothing wild to report either - just the odd Tia Maria, Baileys, glass of white wine whilst watching the x factor final (yay James Arthur!).... Sign me up for the Full Monty please Mackeroo.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I'd like to try the SNC this week. Please put me down for the Full Monty and I'll do my best.:) I reckon if I can get 10 days in this early in the month then anything else around Christmas is a bonus.0

9/10 AF please Shaggy/Mackeroo. Nearly reach my target and there are still some likely AF nights to go, so should I revise the target to 15?What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Hi all
Finally got some more AF - upto 5AF for Dec now
Halfway to target!!
It really helps posting, as I would have had wine tonight, but realise I am struggling to hit targets
satchmo1 - you could always set your own personal 'above target' number of days - then you have still reached your 10 days, the rest a bonus?!?

2/8 AF days please Shaggy

Hope everyone is having a nice evening
