I HAVE UPDATED #3230 WITH POSTERS AFDs
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
We are broken down and recovery policy we paid for won't recover us ...... This holiday sucks, I have drunk but not to excess each day and spent more time sat by a roadside than most workmen! I cried too, lots in fact last night. Miserable expensive waste of time off this year had not had a single holiday go well. TypicalStart info Dec11

EVERYONE WELCOMEWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Thanks everyone for your encouragement. I still haven't had any af days recently, but I have greatly reduced my alcohol intake the last couple of days. I am now down to a 500ml bottle of pear cider.
I think I've been depressed (mood-swings), and with bills, school holidays, etc, my alcohol intake went up. Its not ideal that I don't have a few af days like I used to (working towards that), but I am trying to do something to treat the root of it (stress), so bought some Kalm's tablets, as they have helped me in the past. I've also bought some crystallised ginger (very sweet) to stave off any cravings.0
