That's a bit of good news MissP. Thanksx

I'm on 7 AF please Shaggy.

That may be it for a week or so as I'm off on holiday on Friday and I'm out tomorrow. Still pleased that when I drink these days I'm sensible but I'm still hoping to get to target this month.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hi everyone another AF day for me so that makes 2.

Glad your pc is now behaving GP.

Today will be AF as i'm working this evening and i'm now babysitting for a friend on Friday, so another there too. I know Saturday will be trickier though.

Re the pains, each AF day i've noticed an improvement, although i can still feel discomfort. In the morning its not too bad, but as the day wears on especially if its physical (like work) then by the evening i'm a lot more uncomfortable. Today I rang to get an appt (you have to ring at 8.30 to get an on the day one), I held on and on queueing for so long, in the end i had to give up as the kids would have been late for school. So it looks like I'm going to have to hang on for the booked appt in a few weeks. If I can stay AF as much as possible, i'm hoping I'll be able to go with some confidence and proof to my theories if that makes sense.

Right I've just had breakfast (late one due to being manic this morning), now i've got a million and 1 things to do before the kids get home.

I also meant to say that i've been looking into detoxifying my liver and done some research. This morning I went onto a well known internet supplement site and ordered some Milk Thistle. Its supposed to be extremely good for helping the liver and people with alcohol related liver problems have posted some excellent testimonies. It wasn't overly expensive, so I am looking forward to trying it out.

I'll feedback how I get on, has anyone else tried any detoxing?
