What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

19 please, Shaggy - and please can I have a watering can smiley? Target for April: 23 please :T

I'm having a few days off work as my latest project is late, so I've been doing some gardening and cleaning and catching up with admin. Mr Pricey was supposed to be doing the gardening and I do literally everything else, but it still is a complete mess, however, starting to look neater now :o

All my little DDs will be here for Easter :) - although DD1 will be revising for 2nd year uni exams, DD2 revising for A levels and DD3 revising for GCSEs - I think there will be lots of treading on eggshells for me

My ADs have increased slightly since I was achieving 25 per month, more like 22 per month at the moment, but I'm feeling happier overall, so not letting this make me anxious again. :)

Still gorgeous here in NorthWest :)

One more for me please for last night
Managed to return to the Step class after a couple weeks not going, my life do my knees feel it today! Am considering that Step may not be the best thing for me, but really need that class for the cardiac workout each week. Will try the Attack and Combat class and see if these make my knees ache also, but timings don't work well for me. Maybe I need some TLC for this abused body of mine.

First ever swimming lesson. I want to learn the front crawl!! After 1/2 hr legs only with a float; I was absolutely exhausted. I swear at one stage I was going backwards!!!!!!!!!!!
It felt as though I had run a marathon, backwards, through treacle. I will not give up. I thought I might need resuscitation, and the lifeguard did look quite dishy. Still there is always tomorrow.
    2 AFS please.
    must go and rest!!

Can I hop on? I'm giving alcohol up completely. To motivate myself I have a virtual piggybank (in the form of an e-ISA) that I put a few quid in every time I would normally spend that on a drink or a bottle of wine. Then I'll blow it all on something fancy in six months! (Just kidding, it's going to be fed to my overdraft).

Does anyone have any tips for (hopefully cheap) non-alcoholic alternatives I can make that are 'grown-up' and a bit more interesting than orange juice or Ribena...?

    Welcome to the thread
Good idea with the money, and you will deserve a treat if you can abstain :)
I started on lime and soda water, bored of it now thou
I normally drink pink grapefruit squash, am just drinking lots more of it now!
A treat for me is diet Irn Bru, or some sort of fizzy

29 AF for me now please Shaggy, loving the angel :)
Think I will set April at 25 AF, and then just play it by ear

Off to my Grandads this weekend, which will be more difficult without a drink, I usually drink to block out the continuous same old stories :rotfl:, well he is 85 now
