I'm still swimming and gardening, and have lost 17lbs since Christmas.

Oh rubbish, failed last night, was FIL birthday - only had 1.5 glasses vino as shared a bottle with MIL and DH. We ended up with a taxi to town booked so that scuppered my usual trick of saying I will drive.
My goodness did I have some strange dreams - was it the booze or the Chinese?
DH has booked us away Fri and Sat so will be drinking then too, but took this into account (having done a frantic count up) so should still hit target!
Hugs to all - we can all make it and we will with the support and motivation on here.Start info Dec11
