Hello, managed AF on Friday and Sunday and - big plus here only 1 small glass vino blanc (It was small as it was a pub small measured and everything!) Saturday despite having the opportunity for more I resisted.
MIl and FIL have landed and brought some lovely French vino but am going to aim for this to last until they come back again in November - translates as 1.6 bottles a month. Didn't manage it last time as had a few top ups from Mr T dinner for a £10 bottles (3 in total) but always good for a goal.
    Start info Dec11

19 AFD please Shaggy. x I can't believe how quickly this month is going!

Mackeroo - Remember to stretch afterwards! I did a bit of running last year and I remember barely being able to climb the stairs after!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

:hello: I haven't been on here for ages, so I don't know if anyone remembers me. I recognise a few people on the thread although I haven't read the whole thing.:D

I have been drinking almost non-stop and really taken my tolerance to a high level to the point where I don't get hangovers anymore. I had to have surgery in hospital recently and they had to give me a lot of drugs to knock me out:o... anyway... I know that coming on this forum and getting support did help me and make me have a lot more AF days so I'm going to come back on here if that is alright.:)

I'm going to be realistic and aim for 5 AF days for the rest for the month.

I hope you are all okay!:A

    x

I think your very brave to come back and keep trying!:T
You realise you have a problem and need help and support to kick the habit; that's a good start.
Perhaps you need more help and support than just the thread.
Have you talked to your doctor, local support agencies?
    Good luck in your journey!:j
Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!
No buying unnecessary clothes even if they are reduced.
