    Managed it last night, but woke up this morning convinced it was Friday and therefore as it was my day off I could be leisurely in getting out of bed, then realized it was Thursday, grumped a bit about getting out of bed, only to crash to earth with a thump realising it was in fact Wednesday and I have 2 more days in work BAH HUMBUG

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
