antonic - you have reminded me that now I am not drinking I should go for a blood test for my liver. I had one a few years ago and it was fine - much to my doctor's surprise - and I suppose I've been relying on that ever since. I have regular tests anyway for something else so I could just have them both done at once with no extra inconvenience once I've got the form from the doctor. This Friday I have an appointment (not medical) that I don't want to keep but must but I've promised myself I'll sort out the liver thing after that.

Until then I'd better just carry on not drinking - despite the yukky thing coming up on Friday. 8 AFD thanks Shaggy. And I love the heart :)

Keep those poorly bods and aching limbs wrapped up well :snow_grin

The reason why I can be so positive about this sort of thing is that a few years ago I had to face a Gross Misconduct charge at work for Sexual Harassment - which if found guilty of I would have been sacked, I was cleared instead and through the whole year long process I had the attitude of " I will only worry about the things I can control " - which is exactly the same for me now.
