You're on my list as TF(target free).:DWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

cheezypeas wrote: »Well, I have had a very bad weekend regarding AFness and have forced myself to post this morning and "confess" all.....
Drank wine + spirits on Friday night and while I had planned to drink, as usual, it went way too far and I wasted much of Saturday in bed with a hangover and feeling mightily peed off with myself.
Lesson learned ? Ha, sadly not. Sunday lunchtime, in the pub for a nice family lunch. 3 glasses of wine (large) which actually equalled a bottle. Followed this up with drinks back at a friends house, where I proceeded to make a complete t*t of myself....falling over etc etc
Don't remember anything of the evening at all, just know from my lovely, patient OH that he got me home in the snow somehow....
WHY WHY WHY
Feel a prize £$*£$^$%£ this morning
This really has to stop now.....I think I might have just reached that point where I just have to stop all together. I just need to figure the best way for me, of doing that.......
Sorry, had to publicly get that off my chest
So only 3 AFDs for Feb so far pls Shaggy, and can I go for the full monty SNC pls bearacus
Don't expect so much form yourself. I've only managed 3 AFS for Feb too. Drank again last night,9unplanned.) but left the last glass untouched. No particular reason for the drinking, must think of :(another reward for a hard day.
On the plus side I'm up to 42 lengths a day swimming and feeling much better!
Saw a picture of myself at Christmas; if that isn't an incentive to keep on the diet, nothing is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3snc please
Good luck everyone; keep warmTomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!

Going to be AF again today (still under weather and not at all fancying wine _pale_) but will declare todays figures tomorrow or I get confused!!:D
Piglet seems much brighter today (although he has a black eye from an incident with a pair of binoculars and a patio door!!:rotfl:) and I'm not feeling so poorly but generally just shattered.
Hope all the other poorlies are on the mend - so many nasty bugs about
