    Bdini sending you hugs.

Something Jinty said reminded me of an experience of somebody I used to work with. He had lived in his house for 3 years when he decided to sell. The people interested in buying his house had a survey carried out which showed up a dangerous fault. It had been missed when he had bought his house by the surveyor and solicitor. I don't remember full details, but it was along the lines of if solicitor had done searches properly it would have been discovered then, also survey should have revelled the problem.
Can't remember if the surveyor or solicitor was found to be liable, but whichever one it was then was held accountable and had to pay costs for fault to be retified.

  • Hi all NSD 5 today. Halfway there!!! Took in DD2's application for a nursery place at school for september got my fingers croosed but don't hold out alot of hope as the school is one of the best state primary schools in the country, on the bright side DD1 goes there so DD2 will get a place for reception class 2013 when she goes to school. This would save us some money but we would have to find someone to look after DD 2for the othr half a day.
