ab.da54 - well done for NSD 3 :j:j:j I love Amazon too, we can be Amazon avoiders together :D

Sounds good LittleMissHappy :)Amazon is one of my biggest downfalls :o

Hoping for NSD #4 today. In front of the computer all day again but determined not to look at my known 'buying' sites :o
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

how would u guys count an shop done online ( food) the day its delivered or the day it goes out the bank - got shopping today but prob wont come out till maybe 2mor or monday..hmmm
I count all online shopping as a spend the day I make the order. Except for on-line food shopping, as you sign the doobry-thing the day it arrives, and may not be the original amount, if there are things unavailable or things are being returned. It's too much hassle worrying about the exact day it's going to come out of the bank, but if you are happy to investigate that, then by all means do so. It could mean you going back and changing your NSD days...and you could get into an awful muddle, well I would! :D Hope this helps.

Declaring today as NSD no 4 :j...going to be spending tomorrow though, so need to write a proper list...and stick to it!!

Have a good Friday wiggle folks

  • Feeling sorry for myself today. Just been signed off work for 2 weeks. So spent £12 in MsT on some fruit, magazines and milk. (What else is a girl to do?). Last night fault developed with house alarm and that is going to cost goodness knows how much. Plus have to wait til Monday for someone to come and look at the packed-up fridge. So defo a few spend days in the pipeline over the next few days.
  • Another spend day for me today unfortunately. My teenage sons eat me out of house and home!

BDINI (((hugs))) pants to the damage and issues re insulation / reports etc.:(

Nora - you do make me chuckle, so a big thank you as it is always appreciated:) re fostering .... don't think it's me unfortunately - I think I'd get too attached.

Having the cats as well, it would make it a bit more difficult - they take a while to get used to new dogs and think it would stress them out having multiple dogs coming into / out of the house.

I'll keep looking - s/he is out there somewhere!:)

    Snap! :)

Well, declaring No 4 quite early today - just been to see my consultant for post surgery check up and I had to have another steriod injection into one of the op sites:eek: (not a pleasant experience & one I'd hopefully thought would be behind me after the surgery) - I've had them in my ankle before which is uncomfortable but into the foot ..... ouch!:( (I'd rather have 5 at once into my ankle than one in the foot).

Have been told to stay off it for 24 hours to let it settle/work etc so have heeded advice for once and have come home. The local anaesetic is starting to wear off just now so I reckon I've maybe 1/2 an hour before it's really sore .... will be worth it though if it does the trick.

Will be spending the rest of the day tucked up with a book I think.:)

Enjoy your Friday everyone ... have a wiggle!:)

  • Wow! There are so many of us here this month, and loads of NSDs rolling in, well done everyone.

Not too sure yet whether today will be an nsd or not. I'm thinking of going and doing shopping today as I'm not going to be able to do it until Thurs so will have to go up one evening anyway, so may as well be tonight.

I start work tomorrow. It will be 3 years to the day  since my last day at Woolies :(, so a 9-6 on my 1st day is going to be a shock to say the least and will be pretty much the 1st time I've been away from DD for more than about an hour. It will also be pretty much the 1st time DH has had to do a whole day with 3 children. Hopefully I'll still have some children left or a husband when I get home :D.

Grr, not a NSD for me today, went to A$da with a friend to keep her company and have a natter on the drive down, and ended up spending £11.69 (better than the £122 she spent I guess.....but then she does have a big family and bought all sorts of goodies). Ho hum...
