    Well, the morning has disappeared in a mist of number crunching and reworking budgets :o.

    Was going to pick a chicken / make stock / then soup .... but ......:o will have to do it later as need the stock to make my Risotto tonight!:D

    Thinking I may have to head out for a walk somewhere as it's really lovely outside (but a tad windy).

    Feeling safe to declare No 1 (a first ever for the 1st of the month too:D) - feels like cheating a bit since no-where's open but I'll take them where I can!:D

    Anyway, must go and find something for lunch (since the soup hasn't happened:o)

    Hi, can I be added please? It's my first tme doing it but I would like to get 10 NSDs in January :) Seems feasible to me with weekly shopping, rent, student loans and so on coming out :)
