Small (and well meaning) "kick" for mayforher. I can empathise fully as I felt exactly the same earlier in the week. What worked for me was setting myself tiny little goals eg. day1 = photo 5 things for ebay, day 2 list the 5 things from the previous day. Even if you just manage to list 1 or 2 things think to yourself that is money that you would not have otherwise had! You will feel much more positive if you manage to get it done. :D

With regards to the target I am way off this month too (but may have a late come back cashing gold which is a one off really), but again, the way I look at it is even if I make £50 a month that is a darn site more than I would have had if I had not done anything at all or not started this challenge.
  • Thank you for the McCains tips. :D

I'd started doing the games again, and wondered why I only got one lot of 10 points for clicking print recipe but it must be only once a week, the tweet thing will really boost it though. When do you find it lets you get more points again? I was sure I did it last sunday but it's not adding points for me today? I need to set myself a day of the week I think to do it every time

Superpoints is not giving me anything for watching videos. :( I seem to get a few from the spin the wheel thing but that's it. I have sent an email over it though so we'll see what comes of that.

Woohoo bingo is boring me again too......but I WILL get something out of them, even if it takes me all year. :rotfl:

Just requested £16.20 into Paypal from Surveyhead, but won't add it yet till I've waited for it to hit Paypal and transferred it into the bank!
Going to keep this extra money separate for a while until I decide what's best to do with it I think.
We've finally got ourselves to a much better situation where most of our debts are interest free, so I'm not as worried about transferring everything as soon as we receive it. Will be nice to let a bit build up then decide what to do with it.
Actually, ignore that, there is still a little bit left on a CC so will get rid of that first!
But then after that, other than the loan I took out for our car, everything is interest free. And it's only worth overpaying the car loan if we've a substantial amount as there is a penalty of 1 months interest (which is a concept I HATE, as I don't feel people should be discouraged from paying back money early). I know that's probably still the best one to clear because it's the one that's accruing interest, but I'd like to get rid of OHs old loan/CC (Can't even remember now what it was originally!) as it's costing us about £85 a month, and only has about £600 left (I think) so shouldn't be all that difficult just to get shot of!

    Best get Ebaying later :/

Slow start for me I'm afraid.
Mystery shopping is slow and no overtime at work.
  • Does anyone know if with the likes of spud shilling etc (more points collecting than surveys) have a limit on how many accounts a household can have? Ie can I have one for me and one for hubby or kids etc?

    Hiya :hello:

It's something to do with it not counting bank holidays.. Aesop told me about it once. Try again in a few days and it will prob let you do it for this week. Bit annoying though cos I always used to do it on a certain day but now it has knocked it on to another day :rotfl:

  • Hooray :j Finally managed to get some stuff listed on Ebay. Only 7 items as Ebay is playing up and not uploading photos. But I have ironed and photographed another 9 things so I think I will create the listings tomorrow and then schedule for later so I dont have to post everything at once. Hate the post and packing part.

Off to make soup now for my dinners this week and some for freezer.
