    or
1000 points for £5.00 Amazon....?? (This is on superpoints by the way so takes a while for the points to add up!)

for me, time spent in trying to get 1000 points, even if you have people signed up under you.... :( am going for paypal now.

    thanks, found it :)

I think that is a great one, but maybe you should put the money in an interest paying savings account, and you might earn some interest by December.

There is nothing to stop you seeing if you can make extra money as well as that challenge. You don't have to join in this challenge, we have lurkers who don't but they still try to raise money by themselves on the side, to see how much extra they can make. This might help you to have extra money at xmas too.

There are other ideas like getting 2 cards - one for you and one for DH/DW/OH and you could accrue nectar points on one card for one of you and keep it purely for xmas. Same with tesco cards. With the other one use as normally would and spend points if you need too.

You can womble receipts, and once a week get them to put the points on card for you, but be careful, don't do it too often as they will take away the card and all points.

I do pinecone surveys and try to save the luncheon vouchers for buying xmas food with.

There are dedicated tesco threads on misprices, etc.

What do you mean if you do it too often they'll take it away?!?!

  • Thanks for the cash4coins link, can anyone see a way to work out approx. how much you would get? Surely you need to know if its worth the postage?

Oh and anyone wanting to sell books, if zapper don't accept them, have you tried webuybooks.co.uk?

Ts and Sainsbobs got a bit suss with some people, who were constantly picking up discarded till receipts and asking CS to add the points to their cards, as the other half had bought stuff and not carried the card with them and could they please be added.

So Ts have added a restriction, only 2 a week and sainsbobs have on T&C, they can take your card away with points if they believe fraudulent use.

so all I am saying is be discreet. Don't go everyday after finding a receipt and asking them to add it. Once or twice a week is fine.

I can't find any company that gives prices, but if anyone else does, please feel free to post. They put here their reason for not giving a price.

I order a voucher roughly every 4/5 weeks now, but DH has an account too so between us we get £10/mth which isn't bad for a few minutes time :)

The first one is easier as you get the extra 200 shillings for completing the extra info (think it's a survey) then you get roughly 80/wk from just playing the few games and tweeting one of them... so it is easy to add the points up. The games literally take under a minute to do between them, so long as you click 'play' it registers it.. you don't actually need to play them like I was to start with lol.

The vouchers are handy as since I started doing them about 2/3 months back (thanks Aesop :D ) I've received 3 x £5 and ordered another £5.. and I'm saving them for Christmas pressies :santa2: :D

    sweet x

Sorry if this is a stupid question how do you tweet them I'm only getting 30 points a week its taking forever to get to 500 point!
:j I am out of this mess :j
