Morning all...

Just thought I'd come and post about how much I hate eBay listing. I spent some time last night "scheduling" some listings to ease today...but I'm still aiming for 150 listings (cough not just on one account) over this weekend. I'll be honest, 80 or so are relists so it isn't all "fresh" work.

Free listing on eBay and 10 tonnes of clutter to shift, but I have no motivation!!

Must pull my finger out, I may be off to a good start but if I don't get some stuff listed I won't be bringing anything else in.

Just received £494.90 for a claim I made for mis sold ppi from 1997:eek: so I've exceeded this months target already:j:D:beer:

WOW! How fast is this thread moving!! Really cant keep up. Nothing to report that I can actually add but I am waiting on a £50 cheque from N*w Vi*ta. Finally!!! Only took me three years:rotfl::rotfl:
Also waiting for £10 from Maxi and £10 from Mccains so will add these once they are received.

Plan for today after ive met my friend is to ebay ebay ebay! Dull, but I must really do this today!!!

first update of the month, thanks to you guys on here I have discovered Zapper! I have so many course books that i couldnt bring myself to throw but really didnt want to give them away either, anyway, today i have made £41.16 from that alone and later on ive got some shopping to do so will see how i get on with that! :j oh i also got £14 refund from River Island so I'm adding that too! Going to do a huge ebay list tomorrow

Morning all,
At last I have ordered a £20 am*zon Voucher from Mc*ins. My first on and its taken forever lol the earlier glich didn't work for me. I am going to save up my vouchers for an Ipod as my cd player has gone off the road. It will take me a long time but I have £121 so far.

am supposed to be listing on ebay but haven't managed yet and promised to take DS out as we didn't go out yesterday. DH is off tomorrow which means i will be nagged if I am sitting on computer tomorrow.

Just read through some posts I missed and saw you talking about the postcode lottery. Is it this one... freepostcodelottery.com ? It sounds good as its completely free... and you get pennies for referrals and checking the lottery every day... anyone else on it / doing it? I have found another one where you have to pay £10 a month but rather do the normal lotto I think. x

Good luck with money making today. I have nothing yet to report and REALLY have to get a move on with Ebay! Grrrrr! lol. x

Yup, I get nagged for sitting on the computer too Aesop!! Try to do most of it in the evenings. I have got my tax return to do to for my ebay business account. Its only very small scale and I have sold less than 200 items - but I registered as a business as wanted to keep it above board as had heard a few stories about people being deemed as a business at a later date and being pursued for backdated tax etc. My record keeping has not been the best in the past 4 months so it is going to take me a while to get back on track! I plan to open a seperate savings account this year and keep 25% of profit in a totally separate account to cover the tax so I know exactly where I am at. Should have done it from the off really......but you live and learn!

Hats off to those on a mega ebay listing rally! I honestly cannot do more than about 15 listings in a day as I loose the will with it. I do find it easier to photo all in one go, upload all pics and then crack on with it that way. DH in work so just me and my 2 boys today. We are staying in today as they are both tired after first week back in school and just want to play with their toys. Will be going out somewhere tomorrow instead.

Right - this afternoons plan = make lunch, attack washing mountain, tidy up and hoover downstairs, photograph and upload 10 items for ebay, locate and weigh old gold. If I have not done this by 4pm please YELL at me!! :rotfl:
