  • some good ideas there, you can pick and choose how to do it, alternate, do all or find a new way, it really is a free form and if you miss a week thats fine too, this thread is a lovely place to be and no amount is too little, every mickle makes a muckle as they say (aint got a clue what it means like hahaha)
I sometimes round my bill amount up, or bank account down. I sometimes see if theres any left from my wages after doing these and then throw that at something too, i love that its so flexible and i think thats what makes this thread a nice place to be.

Hi Mint yes turning OH upside down to retrieve loose change does count :D Also I checked old handbags, down side of the sofa, in pockets of coats and jackets I hadn't worn in a while and under seats in the car. Once you get that first extra payment no matter how small its amazing how addictive it gets:) How about saving the 5ps or 10ps in your purse if you can and chipping them off the debt at the end of the week.Good luck :)
As for me nothing this week absolutely skint from the OD going last week:T But am going to spend the day on Ebay if its not nailed down its going
Good luck everyone and keep chipping away :T

Debt free and Mortgage free thank you to all for your encouragement and advice

An extra £17.58 overpaid to the credit card today. A mixture of bagged 2p's, money I found in a cupboard and clothes that I weighed in. The best part of all that was that the clothes weren't even mine to begin with (Auntie had a clear out!) and I've taken out everything I think will make more on ebay so there will hopefully be more to come :D.

ETA: Just updated my signature and realised I've broken the £400 barrier!!!
