Good night last night - unfortunately the club was really hot so everyone was sweating buckets, and according to my friend they had overpacked the place with people so it was impossible to move much! But lots of drinks were had and I managed to avoid crisps!
I am going to be totally honest about what I've had since then too....
dinner last night before leaving house (6.45pm) - bagel with cheese and pepperoni and salad, profiterole pot
At pub, 4 glasses of cocktails, something called a "Brazilian" which is bacardi mixed with guava and passionfruit and really lush! 2 x malibu and coke and 1 double baileys
this morning after nightclub was cheeseburger & chips - shameful I know but so good at 4am :rotfl:
brunch (at 11.30) was a sausage and pepperoni sandwich, chocolate lollipop
lunch was tuna salad with crackerbread
dinner was ready meal bbq pork fajitas & salad.
and have drunk copious amounts of water and Oasis also. :A
Hi Theatregirl, sounds like you had a great time... These cocktails sound delish...
Why is it that food always tasted great at 4.00am in the morning ???
I am glad that you looked after yourself and drank plenty of water.. I wouldn't want you to dehydrate :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway, I am just jealous... It's been years since I had a blowout like yours.. I like a pretty sad life nowadays.... so you carry on enjoying yourself... you deserve it !!! :beer:0 -

Hi everyone - hope you are all having a better weekend than me!
on the plus side I can report a 4lbloss, but as for everything else... we were on our way down to the south coast yesterday and about 2/3 of the way there (250 miles) my heart went into a funny rhythm (AF) and we had to turn back and go to the hospital (I wanted to see my own doctor as I was freaking out) - I have had AF for a few years now but haven't had an attack for nearly two years. Anyway long story short the hospital gave me some meds and if it doesn't go back to normal by Monday morning I have to go in for a cardioversion (paddles on chest) - it is still in AF and I am panicking! I NEED to get this weight off so that they can operate to fix my problem once and for all but they won't do it until I lose another 4 stone.
Food wise I haven't eaten much of anything (too nervous).
SPARRER - sorry its late but hope you had a good birthday!
Well done to all the losers and STSers.Jane

Don't get me wrong, I didnt get drunk, the club was too hot to keep drinking alcohol as it wasnt helping the old blood circulation!! I dont get hangovers (well except for one time a few years back :rotfl:) but yeah pretty good night!
nothing else to add to mealplan yesterday except the rest (like 6) of the little potent vodka chocolates! :A
today slept in till 11.30am  we were going to do a car boot and it forecast rain down here (but its sunny at time of writing this, sods law). probably just as well since I had a earlyish rise yesterday and will have another tomorrow because I have a dentist appt for a filling.
mind you I couldnt decide what to eat so I cooked portions until I figured it out - made quorn chicken/rice portions and then pasta with chopped ham and pepperoni. waiting for it to cool before I freeze it.
b- none...that yummy lie in was better
brunch - cheese on 2 slices toast, fruit pot
late lunch - pasta portion (the fresh made pepperoni/ham one to test..)
d - duck defrosted - YAY! - had it with 3 x wraps, salad and dressing.
s - 2 x chocolate lollipops....
ps: RS/Jane - that sounds terrifying. Hope everything works out ok.0 -
Well, a nice sunny day here but much cooler, chucked it down last night, nice breeze blowing, can see my washing flapping merrily on the line!
Remembered to weigh my self this morning, and blow me down but I am reporting a 2lb loss
Can only put it down to drinking lots of water and my day of walking on ds school trip, well whatever it was I'm very pleased!
B. poached egg on toast
D. Roast pork ( have been waiting for a day cool enough for the oven to go on) will do jackets instead if roasties and veg, have made dd's requested apple sauce.
P. summer pudding in the fridge, kids and dh will have cream but plain for me, see I have a good weigh in and it make my intentions all good:A

Warning...this may turn into a moan, because that's how I'm feeling tonight!
I was very cheesed off to stay the same last Friday, because I'm trying, and succeeding mostly, to eat well. Over the last 30 years, I've had years where I've put weight on, years where I've lost it, and years where I've stayed steady. I know what and how much to eat for all these scenarios...and now I'm eating to lose weight...and I'm not losing it!
I'm having one of those times where it's just problem after problem...tried to buy a second hand fridge off gumtree, but seller won't answer emails...finally ordered one from currys, who offer next day delivery...first delivery is 7 days from now, I don't live in the middle of nowhere! I have leaking roof problems, car problems...I won't go on, I know it could be a lot worse.
The thing which is eating away at me the most is I've asked a close relation to help me with something I can't manage due to my sore back...I very rarely ask for help because I don't like to...I gave several weeks notice, then I've reminded him (because it seems men don't do things the first time you ask!), it's only a half hour job, and half hour travelling...and today is the deadline for doing it, and it's not done. I'm so frustrated, with myself for not being able to do it myself, and him for not caring enough to come and help
I thought posting my menus on here would help me lose weight...I think it did help me to eat salad and not biscuits!...but it hasn't made me lose weight. I really feel like giving up...but I know I can't do that because if I was to relax my eating, instead if staying the same, I would put weight on. Right now, I feel like I'll be stuck in dieting mode for the rest of my life
(Sorry, moan over)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Just giving you a hug Elle as it sounds as though you need it!Must use my stash up!0
