    Sorry I missed your birthday Sparrer hope you enjoy your weekend_party_

    Well yesterday walked to the library and back with the kids so they could sign up for the summer reading challange, so some gentle exercise.
    Yesterday
    B. bagel, olive spread
    L. Cheese and ham sandwich, crisp
    D. Veggie soag bol,
    S. l/f crisp, l/f popcorn.

    Today, not much doing had to wait in for a delivery, put togeter 1 cupboard, took so long couldn't face the second one, so may do tomorrow unles dh decides to flex his macho diy skills:rotfl:

    B. museli, yog
    L. Cheese and picklili sandwich ( made by dd) crisp
    D. Hm pizza and watermelon

  • Sorry to be late this week but I have to report a 0.5lb gain this week.:mad::mad::mad: I seem to have lost focus at the moment but I need to try harder as DH and I are off on our holibobs to teneriffe in 4 weeks. Away tomorrow as we are going to a 60th birthday party and we decided to stay over until Monday.

    Brunch - three slices of HM seed bread with butter and gravadlax
    Snack - a couple of apricots, if they're ripe
    Dinner - roast veg lasagne with salad
    Back after a very long break!

    Hi everyone

    Just popping in to say lastnight after my tea i had a bag of crisps and a mini choc ice :o og and two rather large glasses of wine :o:o

    Today has been a diet disater i just cant seem to make good choices today- guess it doesnt help that i made a tea loaf!

    B: 2 1/2 sausages on white bread
    S: 2 pieces of above mentioned tea loaf :o
    L: two pieces of toast

    Hardley winning any healthly eating awards today :rotfl:

    Tonight we are popping out for a couple of drinks and grabbing a takeaway on the way home :eek: really need to sort my weekend eating
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    Hi :)STS this week, which I'm happy with. I wasn't expecting to lose a lot on this challenge, I'm focusing more on not putting it all back on again but a pound or two down overall would be good too.

    Good night last night - unfortunately the club was really hot so everyone was sweating buckets, and according to my friend they had overpacked the place with people so it was impossible to move much! But lots of drinks were had and I managed to avoid crisps! :D

    I am going to be totally honest about what I've had since then too....

    dinner last night before leaving house (6.45pm) - bagel with cheese and pepperoni and salad, profiterole pot
    At pub, 4 glasses of cocktails, something called a "Brazilian" which is bacardi mixed with guava and passionfruit and really lush! 2 x malibu and coke and 1 double baileys :o
    this morning after nightclub was cheeseburger & chips - shameful I know but so good at 4am :rotfl:
    brunch (at 11.30) was a sausage and pepperoni sandwich, chocolate lollipop
    lunch was tuna salad with crackerbread
    dinner was ready meal bbq pork fajitas & salad.

    and have drunk copious amounts of water and Oasis also. :A

    MUST start being good tomorrow, brand new week and no birthday excuses now lol.
