Hi everyone, well done to all who've lost or sts, keep going , easters not far off now.Well, following my little tantrum mid-week, I'm relieved to report a 2 lb loss. Maybe I should have a tantrum every week
welshwoofer - I tried your advice about doing 2 very short walks. On day 1 I did the first walk, then "forgot" to do the second. On day 2 I did the first short walk, then unexpectedly met a friend in the high street and went to the cafe for hot chocolate with her, then did the second half of the walk. So not quite mastered the theory, still needs a bit of tweeking, I don't recall you mentioning hot chocolate :rotfl: mmm it was lovely.

STS for me again this week. Have been back to the GP and my pain meds have been increased, now waiting for MRI scan to see what is going on in my back. Not managing any exercise at the moment.I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order

Well done everyone for the efforts, some, like mine, under duress!
B - spicy fruity porridge
L - please look away now Dragon, 2 slices hm bread still warm from the bm, spread with ff yogurt, 1 with rf cheese and pickle, 1 with Vegemite. Sorry but I've run out of WW bread products and it's snowing so can't get out to buy more today
D - hm sweet potato wedges, dry fried egg
S - melon, apple, satsuma, 1/2 nana
E - usual step/stretch etc plus polished lounge furniture, cleaned big mirror (have to stand on sideboard to do this one ) and glass tv stand, pile of ironing done, all window sills and light switches cleaned, skirting boards mopped - hope this makes up for the fresh bread
Hope it's now to snowy where you are, stay warm0 -
Sparrer, it must be the day for lovely fresh bread! It's gorgeous here, bitterly cold but sunny, and I've had my short walk to the shops and bought a just baked tiger loaf...eaten some with cheese and tomato...the tomato makes it healthy, right?
I don't enjoy cooking that much, but since I started this challenge I'm paying much more attention to what I'm making. I never bought many ready meals because of the price, but I haven't bought any at all this year, feeling using raw ingredients is better. And if I didn't have family who are big meat eaters, I would find cooking even easier...and cheaper!

Sorry I am a bit late with this but our car broke down last night and after over an hour sat in freezing temps waiting for the RAC I wasn't in the mood for anything other than a large glass of wine, mushroom pizza and garlic bread! (oh and another pound back on for me this week

It certainly does! Just like my changing my mind and scrapping the Vegemite, putting raspberry jam on the crust instead. Raspberries being fruit, of courseThe_Dragon wrote: »Sorry I am a bit late with this but our car broke down last night and after over an hour sat in freezing temps waiting for the RAC I wasn't in the mood for anything other than a large glass of wine, mushroom pizza and garlic bread! (oh and another pound back on for me this week)
Poor you Dragon, how horrible for you. I hope the car isn't going to cost too much to repair, and I don't blame you one bit for the pizza and garlic bread - and it salves my conscience (and probably ellies) somewhat re the fresh bread

Raspberries ARE fruit, sparrer, so obviously good for you. And Dragon's pizza was MUSHROOM, I think we've finally cracked how to diet :rotfl:

It shouldn't cost us anything as according to the nice chap from the RAC it is exactly the same problem we spent £400 getting fixed ... a fortnight ago :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
