Raspberries ARE fruit, sparrer, so obviously good for you. And Dragon's pizza was MUSHROOM, I think we've finally cracked how to diet :rotfl:

and, and the garlic was healthy as well ... and bread contains wheat which is a vegetable and sugar is a veg as well :rotfl:

...and cheese is calcium, a vital part of a healthy diet. And pickle is veggies.

I have a lovely Hungarian friend who picks up random 'English' expressions. His latest sums it up - 'sor'ed' (sorted) :rotfl:

It tasted very nice but Dr Dragon was muttering darkly about "a lot of faffing about" so you might be better off with THIS instead :D

Ooops sorry! Have had visitors since Thursday and forgot to weigh sorry Dragon! Will weigh in the morning and if its too late will rollover until next week. Not holding out much hope though - visitors mean eating out, takeaways and sweets:eek::eek:
I'm also very hormonally bloated - think I might be premenopausal, I'm only 41 but my cycle seems to have gone to pot lately - when it happens is anybody's guess! I used to be so regular too. If I had a partner I'd be worried about being up the spout but it would be the second coming (its been almost 3 years! :rotfl:)

Hi everyone, well done to all who've lost or sts, keep going , easters not far off now.Well, following my little tantrum mid-week, I'm relieved to report a 2 lb loss. Maybe I should have a tantrum every week :)

welshwoofer - I tried your advice about doing 2 very short walks. On day 1 I did the first walk, then "forgot" to do the second. On day 2 I did the first short walk, then unexpectedly met a friend in the high street and went to the cafe for hot chocolate with her, then did the second half of the walk. So not quite mastered the theory, still needs a bit of tweeking, I don't recall you mentioning hot chocolate :rotfl: mmm it was lovely.

See I told you it would work :D - just forgot to mention the hot chocolate - athletes have Lucozade to keep them going, we have milky drinks!:rotfl:

Still with the challenge but will WI at the end:o
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Have STS this week. Going to seriously try the 5:2 diet as OH has managed to lose a stone in about 5 weeks by just doing that. Of course I will be trying to do some exercise as well (just not on the "fast" days!).
