Hello all
Welcome MaddyWaddy
Well the loft is finally finished so we can now start to enjoy our weeks holiday, and guess what the rain returns.
Catching up with all the housework this afternoon, I was at college this morning. It was my second week, and after fighting for what was supposed to be the last place on the course only 3 people have turned up so far (including me), if the others dont show next week then they will cancel the course.:( It makes me feel like crying.
Todays plan
B: usual hf cereal and fruit
L: small jacket with tuna and salad, lf yoghurtnot sure as we are mtg friends at our local mediterranean restaurant, will post tomorrow and try to be good, but they do the most amazing desserts.
S: hm teacake later with banana
Ex: no dog walking as at college this morning, hoping the rain stops for later.
Well break over, back to the hoovering.Success is a journey, not a destination0 -
Hello peeps :hello:
I was wondering if it would be ok to re-join you all? I kind of disappeared earlier in the year thanks to all kinds of chaos breaking out at home and in my head. Seem to be back on track a now and wanted to start again with my weight loss.
Will try and have a read back through some of the thread but not sure I'll manage right back to May!! Are you still doing the friday WI?

Afternoon ladies :hello:
Just popping in to say I'm going to stop logging my food until after the baby comes, as I'm constantly failing to stick to my plans, and it's making me feel crappy! Will keep lurking to try and stay focussed on healthy eating and getting plenty of fruit and veg alongside the constant snacking
. Only 6 weeks to go until due date now, so I can't do that much damage
I'll try and get back to proper meal planning after baby arrives, and I've got to grips with things, but I'm thinking that won't be before Christmas!
Good luck with the Christmas challenge everyone, I'll be back for the New Years one as I'm bridesmaiding next September and want to drop a few dress sizes before thenLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Ok, todays menu:
B: Porridge
L: pasta pot (didn't eat it on the train yest), rice snacks, applepasta with meatballs and some cheese (a bit more than I thought I had grated!)
S: 5 small cracker things, 1 chocolate mousse and 3 pieces of Tablet
Always a tough day when I get back from a weekend at home - Very tired and had minimal food in, so it's all bland/bad. Got the food shopping in, and bought minimal unhealthy foods (only cereal bars and cracker things), so I'm all set for the rest of the week.0 -

DDD, Someone wise on this here board told me that anything that involves moving around counts as exercise!!:j
I'm not sure if it's the change in the weather or what, but I'm really, really aching and tired at the moment, getting headaches and feeling lousy and falling asleep at any time of the day. I don't feel like I've caught anything though, so just not sure what's up. Maybe I need to go to bed earlier

We will miss you Littlemoog and wish you lots of luck for baby xx
Wont be long to baby's birthday and then christmas - scary. Look forward to seeing you back here in the New Year xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
