Sounds like a pretty cr*ppy day - have a nice bath, watch some rubbish telly, lick your wounds and tomorrow will be a better day.
xx
Thanks!!
I thought today couldnt get any worse and then my hoover just blew up :rotfl:Im laughing otherwise i may cry!!O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
B - banana porridge
Snack - carton of banana soya milk
Lunch - soya yogurt, pack of salt and shake crisps without adding the salt
Dinner - beef and ginger stir fry with a tiny bit of rice and loads of green veg
Not too bad! The porridge seemed to fill me up so much I hardly ate anything during the day! Then felt quite hungry towards dinner time but managed not to snack. Have made myself a salmon salad for tomorrow's lunch though as I know it's not healthy to just have no lunch.0 -
Well. I had a lovely weekend visiting my aunt. People all seem to think I'm still a student though, and can't afford to eat (as if I ever let eating come low down on my financial priorities!). I spent most of the weekend eating cake, sweets, chocolates and cheese sauces. There's always a 3 day delay for the scales though, so it hasn't shown its effects yet...
Interesting though, my aunt told me about these 'zombie stories', which help you start running. You download it for the MP3 player, and you set out walking along the street before suddenly; 'ZOMBIES! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!', you run and run before you get the all clear, slow down, try not to draw any attention to yourself, but, uh oh, they've spotted you, Run!!
They're apparently timed, so you build up your fitness, and it means you're not staring at your watch to see if you've done 30s yet. It all sounds pretty good, so I'm off to track them down!0 -
How about one of those sea weed wraps? That might help too Ragz x
I am a little short on seaweed, but I have a lot of bindweed, do you think that would work?
I wish I had the time/money for salons... one day (when the children leave home!)...

Just had to share it with people that appreciate it....
In the spirit of one of my minigoals for this week (wear clothes that just linger in the wardrobe) I've just tried on a dark grey trouser suit that I haven't worn in 6 months because I thought it made me look too fat and its quite loose!:j:j:j
I've put a big black leather belt with a silver buckle on the trousers and they look quite preppy. Gaining a bit of inspiration from this I tried on a teal top that I've only worn once with kind of feathery sleeves (sounds absolutely vile but is actually quite nice) and it fits too. I've looked at me from all angles in the mirror and I look quite streamlined! No bra bulges at the back, no side overhang at the waist, flattish belly:D. I take my jacket off when its warm but usually wear baggier things to hide the flab.
I've only lost half a stone so it must be the exercise changing my shape.
And it was after tea when I'm at my most bloated and flaccid;)
Am so chuffed!
(Sorry for boring you but I had to tell someone:o)0 -

Ok, so far it looks like it's not an MP3, but an app for iphone/android. That rules it out for me, but if you have an iphone/android phone, it sounds like so much fun, I'm actually tempted to knick the OH's fancy phone so I can give it a go. He can get it back when I next see him in August!0
