hope everoyne did well on Friday WI! :)

So, Last night,I decided it would be a good idea to eat an entire tub of pringles, I felt utterly sick afterwards, my stomach didn't know what hit it !
Why did I do it? Because they were infront of me, and I really like pringles, I have no self control, the only way I can resist food is by not having it in the first place! OH bought them as a snack, he didn't realise I would demolish the entire tub! he can make his last for days .

Took the dog for a nice long walk afterwards, which only made me feel even sicker :(

Going to try and cut back on the carbs this week. I have a wedding dress to fit in to !!

sb88 - I used to be awful at things like that. The best way to eat fewer is to put them in a different room (at the other end of the house). I'd pick out a few at a time, and soon got bored of running back and forth all night.

Thanks for all the tips on breaking through the ceiling, I've upped my exercise significantly over the last 2 months, and I've been working on portion sizes, but my stomach has noticed this! I've been working a bit more salt into my diet (I have very little atm), which I was told helps hydration. I have to admit I tried Paul McK years ago, but I really did not like his methods at all...

    Today:
Brunch: Bagel with ham & light cream cheese and side salad
Mid afternoon hunger pang: Roasted peppers and 2 potato croquets
Dinner: pasta with sausage bolognese and some cheese (low fat sausages)

snack: 3 fruit slice biscuit things, satsuma dried fruit and nut mix

I have had not a great weekend but have treated myself to some new fancy scales to hopefully motivate me...

    Today
Breakfast - smoothie made with a banana, raspberries and some soya yogurt
Lunch - Bellini, a ridiculously small sardine salad that I barely ate half of as the dressing was horrible
Snack - cup of tea and a piece of very disappointing vegan cheesecake
Dinner - small portion of pasta in a light tomato sauce with onions and peppers, huge plate of iceberg lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes
Snack - am about to share a piece of dairy free fudge with OH...

    Evening All

I've just got in from an evening walk so just a quick post as I'm quite tired after an extra session at work today.

Brunch: Spinach and cheese omelette with mushrooms on the side.
Dinner: Wild salmon fillet with cauliflower and broccoli cheese topped with pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds - I made the cheese sauce by softening a little Quark and stirring in some grated cheese. HM dark chocolate mousse.

    Snack: Handful of pistachio nuts.

Exercise: Several short walks and one longer so about 7 miles in total.

I might try that stock cube idea :-D

    Today's meals:

B - Skipped again as yet again I slept in!
L - Pasta with tomato flavour pasta sauce.
D - Home made lentil & veg soup

Evening snack - very small plate of frozen oven chips.

Also had 2 glasses of orange juice today (pure orange not squash).

I didn't finish my bowl of soup as I was full, so I'm pleased with myself there, my dog was happy too as he got to finish it off lol.

I am under on today's calories by 670! That should make up for any slip ups I had last week!

Really need to get some onions to put in the soup as it is really lacking that onion flavour!

No exercise again today, but as long as I am sticking to the calories I'm happy as I am still losing weight :-D Going to up the exercise gradually as my back allows :D

    Morning Folks

I am getting soooooo fed up of this rain!! :(.......and making matters worse there’s no Chris Evans on the radio to cheer me up :(:(.

I’m off to dig out some old 70’s records put them on at full blast (neighbours out at work so wont annoy them) and boogie my way through the daily chores – there’s nothing like a bit of Glam Rock and Motown Disco to get me moving .

    Todays menu =
    B – Boiled Egg & soldiers
L – Aubergine & Tomato bake, green beans.
    T – Prawn Salad.

Hope it’s a better day where you are.

    morning all :)
didn't get on over the weekend, so here are my meals:

    Sat:
Breakfast: nectarine, 2 plums, 2 apricots, half a granola bar
Lunch: small bowl sweet pot soup and 1/3 ciabatta
Dinner: steak fajitas (2 wraps), sliver of treacle tart and cream.
Exercise: nothing official but we went to an NCT nearly new sale and it was crazy! I was exhausted afterwards!

    Sun:
    Breakfast: glass fruit juice
Lunch: (out with friends) posh burger and chips (left 1/3), raspberry parfait & white chocolate mousse dessert (left 1/2)
Dinner: small bowl carrot soup, 1/3 ciabatta, nectarine, 2 plums.

    Plan for today:
    Breakfast: granola bar
    Lunch: something from canteen
    Snack: fruit
    Dinner: not sure yet

We've got our 20 week scan this afternoon, can't believe I'm halfway through already. Pretty pleased with my weight control so far, think posting here helps to remind me that I shouldn't just eat whatever I fancy! :rotfl:
