Been staying with my parents, and their scales are out of action! It's a good an bad thing - it means I don't have a clue if I've gained, but it's pretty much a guarantee I have.
I will be re-united with my scales next week, and can assess the damage.
The one positive I've noticed this year, is that I've been given quite a lot of chocolate, and I haven't opened every box yet! I have so far worked my way through about a quarter of it. Normally I'd have eaten closer on half of it!0 -
Hi everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the Christmas hols. We're just back from DS1's, been there since boxing day.
Out tonight for a meal with DS2 and DIL for a meal.Going to try for 10lbs for the next challenge please0 -
It's for 3 months isn't it? If so, can I have one stone please? I'm also intending to start using my pedometer again which might help me be more conscious of getting out of my rather sedentary lifestyle.
I am going to see if I can manage 4000 steps 5 days a week for the first week in January (starting on 4th) and up it by 250 more steps each week which should mean I hit the recommended 10,000 steps in late June. Anyone else wanting to tag on counting steps to their weight loss? - at least steps are free!!!

Afraid I've not been very good over the past few days, eating erratically as and when I feel like it. For the next 3 days I have a very boring diet prior to more tests - no fruit, overcooked veg, no wm bread, and worst of all no peanut butter!!!!!. I'll weigh on Wednesday and let you know then what I'm aiming for in the next challenge, KW
Sweet dreams0 -
I'm eating like I won't see food again until next Christmas, my two days off has turned into four, it's making me feel so yuck I'm not sure why I keep eating it and I can feel my backside spreading by the day _pale_
I've bought myself some clothes in the sales that need slimming into as motivation so 24lb for me please knitwitch for the next challenge, thanks.0 -
