Very little appetite atm, so just had breakfast of cereal and yogurt, or a slice of toast and spread this last couple of days. Dinner of boiled egg or soup, snacked on nuts and tiny satsumas. Having some more tests next week, will feel better when they find out if/what is wrong. Will probably have lunch tomorrow as going to visit the mother and as Pollybear says mums don't think we ever grow up so if I don't eat mine will give me 'the lecture' on too much weight loss
Sweet dreams0 -
Helloooo
Helloooo
Helloooo
Helloooo
Is there anybody there?
Had a better day today,
B - slice of hm wm toast with yogurt & marmalade
L - f'n'c, peas and tartatre. The fish was non-existent in a mound of batter, the peas were cold but the chips were okay'ish
T - tiny portion of veggie cottage pie
S - 2 dates, a pear and a slice of Stollen
E - holding DM up round the shops in her town, and trying to avoid lorries etc in the teeming rain and wind on the way home. The stress alone is enough to burn off some calories
Hope everyone is okay, sweet dreams0 -
STS for me this week. A bit gutted as I have been really good and I was hopeful for a loss. It seems to have no rhyme or reason....I remember a time when I would have lost 2lbs after a week like this. Equally, I have had much worse weeks and still STS. It is not fair
I feel like just giving up. Got lots of nice Christmassy things coming round.

Helloooo sparrer....we're still here!
I was a bit gobsmacked this morning on the scales...I've lost 2 lbs ...as daisiegg says, there's no rhyme nor reason to it. I checked about 6 times just to make sure...now to get through the weekend without putting it back on...
I was working outside in all the weather yesterday afternoon, maybe sparrer's right and it used up some extra calories!
(and where's the smilies when you need them, they don't seem to be working today)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

daisiegg, I know when I was younger, there was always one week of the month where I couldn't shift any weight, and then the next week it would come off. Hormones and water retention, I guess.
I don't know if that's relevant to you, but if you've been good, it may well come off next week, don't give up too much!

4.5 lbs loss for me please.
Many thanks knitwitch for keeping the tally, I hope you got your files back.
Well for the loss Ellie and sts Daisy, good luck to those yet to weigh x0 -
wow zippy that's a great loss!
Please put me down as an sts this week KW, really want to reach target and only another 1/2 to go but sometimes I think my scales play up just for the heck of it!
Not many daily menu lists any more, seems I'm the only one who does it now to keep my intake in check? But I'll press on, it's useful to look back on to give myself ideas of some menu's I might have forgotten - and I peek at others too, for inspiration
B - Hm wm toast, yogurt, marmalade
D - vegetable pie with sweet potato topping
T - bowl of F&F with yogurt, satsuma
S - slice of Stollen, banana
E - 2x10 mins, washed carpet in bedroom on h's & k's. Poor knees
Sweet dreams:):)
