    Can I come aboard?

I've decided I need to lose the weight I've put on since the last time I lost weight. And I know there must be a few of us who tend to yo yo with weight loss.

The highest I've ever been at 13st.5lbs. How did that happen?? Need to get back to 10stone. Could someone instruct me how to change my signature for the weightloss journey?

If course you can join in! if you want to join in the challenge then you need to let me know how much you want to lose in the challenge time (three more weigh ins for this one).

To change your sig go to User CP near the top, click on Edit Signature down the left hand side and then just change what you want to in the box at the bottom :D

Thank you KW for the list and always keeping us in order. An amazing loss, didn't we do well? :D

    Yesterday
B - slice toast spread with Greek yogurt and marmalade
L - missed, far too busy!
D - bought a small fish'n'chips, at half then fell asleep. Dog and mog enjoyed the remainder
S - 1/2 banana with 1/2 slice hm wm bread
E - 9 hours helping to clean every last item in a friends house ready to pack into a container before being shipped overseas, as she's emigrating. Don't know how I was standing at the end of it but I slept for 11 hours!

    Today
B - slice hm wm spread with yogurt and marmalade
L - out with DD, cheese burger & orange juice
T - last tiny sliver Stollen, satsuma
    S - handful nuts
E - 4x3 mins stretching exercise, can't seem to get my body loosened up today

    Sweet dreams :)

It's only taken 11 months, but my mother is FINALLY backing me trying to lose weight :T
She told me today that her sister had wanted to buy me a large box of chocolates for xmas, and she told her not to, because I'm trying to lose weight and won't even have a biscuit at her house...at last! :D

ha ha, I think I've worn her down, refusing everything unless it was a birthday :)

mind you, she's not said I'm looking any thinner yet...one step at a time...:rotfl:

(in the past when I've got down to a size 16 she's started worrying that I'm getting too thin :rotfl:)
