  • Well, I've finally made a start :o

1-2 - 2 carrier bags of stuff to the cs

I did a car boot sale this morning, and sold ta-daaaaa the grand total of three things *sigh* I don't think it was the stuff - there just weren't many customers to the whole things. We're trying a bigger one next week.

    So:

    3-5 - 3 items of children's clothes sold!

    rumbly x
  • Oh hard luck rumblytum, that's a shame you went to all that effort for just three things. Hugs, and better luck next time.
  • Better luck next time rumblytum...

Nothing here today for me but hopefully tomorrow I'll manage something.
  • Not much more for me either:

    kitchen roll holder to cs
old unused drawer liners - recycling
jug + 2 matching mugs (21st birthday present - unused - I'm not going to start after 40 years!) to cs
    2 mugs to cs

I'll try and do a bit tomorrow, then I have visitors for a week so not much will be happening.

Keep up the good work everyone - it might not seem much each day but it certainly adds up!
  • Have been away for a night and all day today, but before I went yesterday I took some bits into a local charity shop.

    58. 4 coats
    59. 5 tops
    60. 2 pairs leggings
    61. 1 pair jogging pants
    62. skirt
    63. 1 pair shorts
    64. 4 pairs new socks (from dad - he bought the wrong size and asked me to dispose of them)

Back home now, but not done anything tonight. Will continue with The Great Clothes Declutter tomorrow morning, when I'll have time to try everything on and decide whether to keep or let go.

Was very good today: went round some charity shops with my sister, and resisted buying loads of clothes and bric a brac things. Think I'm finally getting the hang of this decluttering!!!
