I seem to have come to a bit of a standstill.:(

    199-200 2 glass jars recycled
201 one plactic lid given back to owner

I have reached my target though.:)

I think the heat's slowing me down.I don't cope well when it's hot or humid.I maybe need a break from the decluttering for a week or two.

Your target and more, marmiterulesok! Have a peaceful couple of weeks - there might be one of two things going on to distract us all anyway :)

Thanks.I'm sure I'll find the motivation again.Decluttering uses up so much mental energy.

I have a big pile of dvds (films) that I mean to sell, though most of them I've never watched.:oI would like to watch most of them, but at the same time, just want to get shot of them.
That kind of thing is tiring.I don't know if you see what I mean?

If I reach a decision soon about these dvds,I might have more to add soon.:)

Mind you,I don't think that there's anything that I've decluttered recently that I've regretted getting rid off.

Just realised I have the boiler people coming at 8 tomorrow morning so I thought I'd do a bit more tonight.
    34 books to recycling
    9 books to cs
    5 newspapers to friend
1 straightened wire coathanger to bin - plumber used it to unblock a pipe earlier in the year.

I had a busy start to the week, decided to declutter the cupboard of doom. Well it was so full of rubbish. I got 5 bin bags out of it, it was piled right to the top of the cupboard but now it has a storage unit in it with very little on it! We took the stuff straight to the tip, the 5 bin bags from there, 4 bin bags of old rag clothes etc, all the basket type shelves from the old freezer (no idea why she kept these) and lots of cardboard and some other bits. The car was absolutely full! Glad to see the back of it.

I had some excellent news this week that I have a full time job starting 6th August but am going to keep up with the decluttering when I have the time and energy and have put on my eBay listings that I can only post Saturday mornings. We've booked a holiday for this weekend to celebrate and will be thundering on with decluttering next week for another epic tip trip on the Friday.

So am now watching obsessive compulsive hoarder featuring Richard Wallace who some of you have mentioned re de-Richarding! I had heard of him before but I hadnt seen the programme....

    So I confess - I am a messy creature occasionally but I am definitely not a hoarder!:D

Its scary stuff.......... And I do feel sorry for the neighbours...
