If you are happy to give it away Tatty then get yourself on Freegle - great for shifting stuff like that
That's a brilliant idea-thanks. It would be a shame to throw them away and local charity shops don't take electricals. :(

Not showing off but am going for 300 by end of day

If you get anywhere near 300 I think you have every right to show off :T Big well done to you. You could be the Jettison June Gold Star Winner Any other contenders...

    I'm still going:

    80. smashed wine glass - in the bin, after adequate wrapping of course ;)

I have a hot-spot in the kitchen which DS has been nagging me to sort for a while - we are going to do it together later. That should add quite a few to my list. Also I have sorted shoes for the CS (lovely high heels that I can't wear any more) but I won't count them for June as they won't leave the house until July.

    Back later!!

ETA where are my manners? Welcome rumblytum, suzeesu2000, aldhabra, happy chick and flev :)

OH and I are now off work for the next week, so hopefully we'll get something done in the shed

Well why not, you can spend your free time as you wish, in the privacy of your own shed :rotfl:

Glad you are on the mend and do please take it easy x

Sorry, haven't been round - been working far too many hours and not feeling all that well today BUT I have managed to clean out the spice cupboard in my kitchen which, I discovered, was full of out-of-date spices and multiple jars of certain spices.

    23. About 20 jars of out-of-date spices.

10 Eb*y parcels posted and 10 items in charity bag and one pair of very tatty knickers in the bin - 21 items so far. I am listing stuff on Eb*y as I go - giving it their last chance before its consigned to charity bag - too good to go into bin. And also putting things on Fr**gle - I have strategically placed 3 laptops and the PC on the go with Eb*y and Fr**gle on so I can post anywhere in the house as I find things to fling :rotfl: and it really speeds things up especially as I want to watch the tennis :)

Just got a call form a Freegler who is calling to pick something up so make that total 22!

I would count the jars as making a total of 43!

    sue14 glad you're feeling a bit better.

Hi flev and welcome!:wave:Sorry if I've missed anyone.

I had a minor declutter today.I might even beat 300!

    -21 dvds to sell
    -1 video to cs
    -1 magazine recycled
-4 pots of jam to the cellar (where I store my HM jams and chutneys.
-2 empty jam jars to the cellar
-1 small tub of cuticle cream binned-It was opened about 5 years ago,so imagine all the germs in it-or rather don't!

    That's 296/200!Right I'll have to find 4 more items now.I'll be back...

31 more things added to charity bag - well its way more but like items I am counting as one - books clothes ..STUFF! and broken straighteners in the bin - was never really going to fix them - have taken off plug though and put in shed :) Cleared porch of clutter, vacuumed and de webbed - now a huge echoey space :rotfl: There is room for the charity bags now to be kept there on their way out:) ooh and one more thing gone on Fr**gle so total to add is 33 :)

    82. Glass & wire flowers - going cheap and I can now see why :( - in the bin
    83. Out of date yoghurt drink - in the bin
    84. A handful of weeds - in the garden waste recycle bin.

It's going to be a long evening I think...
