I've got so much going on and so much to do at the moment that I am taking the week off decluttering. Will be back on it for the July decluttering!

I have just deleted 4000 emails! Will be checking in on everyone though, good luck all for the last week of June.

OMG 4000 emails!!! That's a job I really should do sometime ...but not now.
    16. Two cardboard boxes from OH's store (he refuses to throw them away but he's not here at the moment ha ha ha!)

Not doing a lot at the moment as I have a ton of work to get through so it's just as I happen to see something rather than a concerted effort.

    Hi all
Wine, emails - all good stuff.
85 1 pr shoes to the bin
    86 3 drawers sorted, 1 now empty
87 winter socks to storage box, 8 prs and 4 odd socks to bin. That includes a pair that were 48 yrs old - so slightly overdue :o

I've had so many attempts at decluttering that I've got confused over what is kept where. So I've started a list of what's stored in each room. That way I don't end up with 2 places for eg single sheets. Eventually I hope to end up with storage being in logical places, such as sheets in drawer under bed. I'll then transfer the lists to a ss and it should make packing for the next move much easier.

    Hello to everyone

We have a large wine rack. Hubby buys good wine and stores it there. I buy cheap wine (mainly for cooking) and also store it then. Then I forget which is which and heaven forbid I take the wrong one and end up dumping his 10 year old wine in a casserole! So it tends to just stay there and today I had to move the rack to clean the carpet and when unpacking it, came across the wine. Oh dear oh dear oh dear!

We have the same problem... I now put luggage labels saying "posh red", "posh white" etc round the necks of the good bottles (after checking with OH for info). Anything not labelled is fair game for swigging or cooking. This has worked really well for us for a while now. You can reuse the labels.

I know some wine improves with age, but these were cheapie bottles and they are probably vinegar by now.

    Did you check them first!!

Now the late great Keith Floyd would say that cheap wine is no good for cooking - only the best............and he is right;)
