Good start to the weekend for me up at 9am and striaght out into garden!

    9. another bag of rubbish from kitchen out into the bin
    10. an old suitcase which for whatever reason has been sitting behind shed for months ready for the dump has now be squished and put into wheelie bin.
    11. garden border has been dug out and weeds in garden bin.
    12. HM has put bulbs which we bought weeks ago and done nothing with into front garden this morning too!

Aim for rest of day is the dreaded corner cupboard in kitchen and the downstairs utility room as we need this area now for my newly planted seeds from this morning to start growing a few veg!
Life is what you make it.

So far have only managed to find one pair of shoes to go in the charity bag. Have got a couple of things finishing on ebay shortly though and both are selling so here's hoping they pay up quickly so they can go on Monday.

Last night we went out to get some plants and bits. I'm not counting them because they are going straight into the garden so are not clutter. We also needed to replace our cutters and bits as they all get left outside in all weathers rather than being put back in the shed. Once we've got rid of all the old ones, we'll have a bit more space.
It's beautiful weather here today and I have a load of washing on the line. I've stripped the beds and am busily washing them now.
DD's bike viewer was happy with it, it fitted his daughter lovely and he offered me £30 so I'm a happy bunny. It's gone now, I didn't need to let the auction run, and I was just happy to be able to get rid of it at the same time as getting his daughter a bike which fitted her properly and was lighter than her current one.
Also got rid of some bits of paperwork and junk mail and made up some laundry gloop. I've added some blue food colouring this time to see if it will help to whiten my whites somewhat. The kids new stuff is fine but our white bedlinen doesn't stay white for very long. Hopefully I can get it out on the line for the whole day too and it will bleach a bit. Mind you, that might have to be done anther day looking at the time now! Someone told me that if you can do it, leave it on the line for a few days in all weathers and it will whiten up again. I've never tried this because we only have one sheet for our bed so always need it that evening. It would be interesting to see if it worked though.
So Marh totals 12/100 gone :)

Wow, you are much braver than I am. I think the whole street would have heard my scream.

Not much decluttering this week as have been working, but hopefully next week I can make some headroom

Well done to you all. I've made a gentle start to March, but have decluttered:

    1-4 E-bay parcels posted
5 Junk mail sorted into recycling
    6 Empty food boxes recycling
7 Pack of nuts from Christmas, to bin
    8 Newspapers
    9 TV magazine
    10 Mouldy cheese
    11 & 12 Bowls of bulbs planted
13 GCSE Revision planner - for exams taken in 2011

No interest on my eb items atm, but they finish tomorrow, so here's hoping.

    1. Big stack of papers & junk mail to be recycled
    2. Odd shaped skirt to CS
    3. An off cut of an off cut of carpet to the bin
    4. The rest of the LP records to CS
    5. Tic-tac boxes to a crafty friend who stores findings in them.
    6. Cardboard packaging from new bookcases, to the recycling centre.

The house is suddenly lots tidier as 10 boxes of books have moved back into the bookcases and 3 bags of LPs have disappeared :)

I also had a monster tidy-up and the clean laundry has all been put away properly now I can move about again.

Off to Zap or list books on Green Metropolis.

Not made much of a start this month, as I was working all day on Thursday and Friday (8 am to 5 pm), and had a bit of a lie in today to make up for it.

Cleaned the bath with the dregs from the bottles of a shower gel and liquid hand wash, bottles taken to recycling centre by OH along with last week's tv mag and a couple of newspapers and other recycling put in box earlier in the week.

Finally going to visit DS tomorrow and taking the things he asked me to find for him which he'd left here, so a few more bits going out, but I won't count them until they are actually gone.

ETA - OH also had a sort out of the vacuum cleaner spares he keeps in the greenhouse (he reconditions them and does repairs in his spare time), so 10 bits gone from there, and he took our old loo roll/brush holder (which had gone rusty) to the dump.

Had lots of running about to do today, boys to their various sport events and daughter to work and back.

Did manage to clean the family room, dining room and hallway so a bit of recycling and general rubbish has left the house. DS delivered his mags (a once a month job he has) so they have gone and the boxes they came in gone into the recycling bag.

    Have a lovely evening.
