I've only had confirmation of payment and nothing else, but does come through within about 4 weeks if I remember right.

can someone please help with a question.I have a priority code and all the words needed to book. My question is once i add the codes must i book there and then or can i go back and do it later? Many thanks in advance x

hi you can go back in later you would need to re enter details and hope the holiday is still available,ie date and place still available you can not store a certain holiday and return later.hths

Does anyone know where I could get a 'priority booking rererence from'. Am new to this and really have no clue....I clicked on the link on the first page but that asks me for a ref number :-(

Hi, you get the code sent to you by the sun if you've been on a sun holiday before. If you haven't been before you have to go via postal route and send the tokens off. I think people sell their codes on eBay so you may get one there? If not there is a thread on here of people that want them and people that are giving theirs away, might be worth a try?

Booked to go to the IoW, received an email from Park Resorts about additional payment - all fine, but nohting about the reduced ferry across. Anybody any idea when this arrives? - thanks
