It is probably caravan, I made that mistake a couple of years ago in Paris, should have had choice on booking but went straight through as tent. Anyhow wait till you get booking with final costs/service/linen etc, then you will know the holiday company you have got. Then phone the hotline telling them you thought it was for a caravan if they have given you the tents, they should change it for you, they did for me with no problems and happy to do so and they have done for plenty of others if you want to look up in the archives of sun holidays

your other choice is to grab old tokens and send them in rapidly by post or wait until the holiday offer comes up again in a month or two and collect each day and send them in quickly when you have enough. There is another option; try phoning up number and say you have been waiting for your reference number in post but it hasn't arrived and would they issue a new one to, this has been successful for some people in the past, might be worth a shot

why dont u try pontins go through the blue cross sign and get a wekk in top accomadation with free linen daily paper electric early check in and free welcome pack £90 to £125

and this includes july aug sept and even june half terms

do people take their own duvets to butlins or is the linen ok? going to ring tomorrow and see what upgrades i can get, can i ask for the food included option?

I tried for ages last night, not easy as I work in a school so can only stick to a few holiday dates! No joy on any 4 night breaks in the SE or Dorset way... such a shame, i would have loved to take my 5 yr old to Butlins again, as i can't afford over £500 for 4 nights in October!
I tried the mail site, and they had dates i could use, then realised those dates were £40 per person....
ah well, maybe there'll be another promotion soon!!
