Thanks for everyone's good wishes for the Happy Dog. She's a lot perkier today. The anti-biotics seem to be working and the open drain in her throat is healing over so she's looking less like an extra from Peaky Blinders.

1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Nope, I was out and about and picked up a chocolate brownie to go with my afternoon cuppa.
Oh well, still on 10 NCDs. I need to resist temptation for the last 5 days of the month to hit my target. :rotfl:
I love this more days than month idea!
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week. Tick. It's just such a relief when it's done!
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Bed at 10.10pm and light out at 11.00pm. Ooops. I was no better last night and I can really feel it today, too.
4) At least 30 minutes walking during the day - 40 minutes done (2 x 10 minutes, 1 x 20 minutes). Hurrah! Cracked it!
Elnora, I'm with you about food and flying. If you're standing up all day dealing with food, the last thing I ever feel like doing is cracking out the Dyson or the duster.I barely even registered Cillian's nudey scenes in Series Three, even though I felt obligated to watch them over and over again just to see what all the fuss was about.

- 15 minutes Flying per day. Finally done this morning. The lack of the 15 minutes is now really showing.
- Stretches after each dog walk. Better. Now remembering to stretch before I go!
- Clear one paperwork Frog each week ([STRIKE]minutes[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards) [STRIKE][STRIKE]and Compliance stuff and more minutes.[/STRIKE][/STRIKE]. Stocktake still ongoing. Minutes done last night, as soon as I got home the volunteering thing I do weekly. It really was a very full day's work, so that coupled with being on a a bit of a buzz at bedtime meant I didn't switch the light out until 1.00 am and boy oh boy can I feel it today.

Dolphin - while I was sorting out an online order with S@insbury's I came across some pasta made out of chickpeas. I don't know if you've seen it - I hadn't. It seems to be like Marmite - you either love it or loath it. I thought it might be worth a look if you don't know about it.

2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week. I had better start thinking about next week. As Honey suggested mix meals from previous plans and voila a new meal plan without too much effort. Hope the chickpea pasta is a winner.

Happy - good news that the Happy Dog is doing well.
