    :hello: Morning all!

    Update for yesterday...

    1) To have 20 NCDs - Another really bad day so still on 7 NCDs for August.
    2) To walk an average of 10,000 steps per day over each week (so 70,000 total for each week) - Just over 7,000 steps bringing my total for the week to 70,441, an average of 10,063 :j.
    3) To put my light out by 11pm every night including weekends - Light out at 11pm :j.
    4) To lose 10lbs over the course of the month - And the results are in, a grand total of 0lbs off, stayed the same again. Although, at least I know why this week, a combination of a bad back and a really naughty weekend. Anyway, I am going to revise my target as 10lbs is no longer achievable, I am now going for 5lbs by the end of the month.

Still trying to declutter a hotspot a day. I'm making progress but my office is turning into a dumping ground again while I think about how to deal with the stuff that was in some of the hotspots. Sooner or later I'll get inspiration but this is really quite tough. A couple of shelves downstairs are looking positively bare - all I have to do now is stop OH from thinking he can [STRIKE]dump[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]keep[/STRIKE] put stuff there.

Last week I managed to lose most of the weight I put on the previous week, so things are looking up.

Sorry I'm not contributing much at the moment. Posi-vibes heading everyone else's way. :T
    Better is good enough.

Think I have been pretty good with targets but forgetting to post for a few days means im not sure!
Did a yoga class at my gym on Saturday which was not as good as the yoga centre by my work but got me moving and now doing a youtube 30 day yoga challenge. Hoping to stop any future back problems from my horrendously tight legs before they start... the dream is to touch my toes haha

Spoke to my manager about wanting to eventually move into a slightly different role in my team and she was really positive feels more like im working towards something now rather than just plodding along at work every day! after a horrendous first half of 2016 feels like things are looking up

Money wise I realize that I have no idea where my money actually goes and I need to see this to make a realistic budget instead of promising myself will pay of loads from the CC and ending up in overdraft... so have printed little cards to fill in when I spend money then can see if I can cut back in places (im sure I can with food shop as seem to spend loads for just two of us!!) hoping knowing I will have to fill it in might make me think twice about spending too! seems to work with calories

    1. Cut down to 10 cigarettes a day - I did it!!! only 10 yesterday whoooppppp going to see doctor next week about stopping

    2. Walk the dogs every day after work - OH was off but they didn't have a walk as it was so hot and they were just panting in the shade
    3. Keep cycling to work every day - Done
    4. Stick to 1700 calories on non cycling days and 2000 on cycling days - Went over yesterday due to being bought a shawarma for lunch - so worth it and FREE
    5. Two weight training days a week - Think might change this to 3 yoga sessions a week and add weights back in at a later date

JVR - head over to the credit card board - there are some experts on there, but before you do have a good look at your statement and see if you can identify it first - some of the experts can be a bit high-handed.
