Don't mind at all, it was your comment about allowing myself some slack that made me think of it. It wasn't realistic to think that I wouldn't be naughty on some days which isn't actually what I was trying to achieve, I just wanted to be more aware of the amount of cr*p I was eating.

 Happy.
- Carry on with contacting possible outlets, a county a fortnight should be about right. Must make a listy.
- 15 minutes a day flying five days a week. Stuff will be done today. Actor lodger's wife coming to visit tomorrow, first impressions and all that.
- No sugary stuff until Easter Sunday. Chocolate levels topped up yesterday. It was lovely.
- No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm. Tick and cross, but it was Sunday. *let's self off hook again*
- 5 fruit and veg a day. Nope.
- Spring clean the office - dust the shelves first. Nuffink yet.
- Electric toothbrush once a day. Tick, later in the day but not bedtime.
- No ***ing swearing, fine of £1 a word. Had to add this back in for myself, obvs, as it turns out it's quite a profitable little sideline. *holds out hand for cash* A few words yesterday. Most annoyed with self. Now brassic.

Update for yesterday...
1) A chocolate brownie eaten (still on 2 NCDs for the month).
2) Just over 5,000 steps (new week starts today, don't know if I made last weeks target because I changed the target part of the way through but I must have been close).
3) Light off at 10.00pm :j.
4) No spends on other people :j.
5) Nothing else to report but I've got the whole month(have got a lot of other jobs to do today so will probably start another kitchen job tomorrow).

Hey, I've been a member of the forum for a while but never really engaged much with it.
I came back here to help myself rid myself of debt and this is SO encouraging, just dropping in to say thanks so much for your honesty!0 -
Dolphin, I was inspired and cleaned out the fridge, did the microwave and the (never much used) tumble dryer.
Have had a run of being endlessly busy with both jobs and today found myself unexpectedly at a loss so found several jobs to do that were finite. I could have gone upstairs and tackled more clearing up but I wanted something that I could point to today.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

joey - It is actually quite satisfying when you do a job and finish it in one go and then know that it doesn't have to be done again for a while, isn't it? Unlike those jobs that you do over and over again despite it seeming like it was only five minutes ago that you last did them :wall:.0

 Dolphin. I think without you posting so dutifully I'd be scoffing sugary things. You keep me going, so Thank you thank you thank you.
Hope all is well in Happy Land and that Happy Pops is starting to regain his strength.- Carry on with contacting possible outlets, a county a fortnight should be about right. Still: Must make a listy.
- 15 minutes a day flying five days a week. Stuff done.
- No sugary stuff until Easter Sunday. Baked a top up load of gingery Twinks for OH because he was whinging about the biscuit barrel being empty. Loudly. Repeatedly. Boringly. Quality control was thorough, is the only way I describe the quantities I scoffed.
- No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm. Tick and tick, two night running. *Preens self*
- 5 fruit and veg a day. Yes.
- Spring clean the office - dust the shelves first. Ran the Dy$on stick cleaner over the desk and computer, but I'd have to admit that a yellow duster does a better job.
- Electric toothbrush once a day. Tick.
- No ***ing swearing, fine of £1 a word. Had to add this back in for myself, obvs, as it turns out it's quite a profitable little sideline. *holds out hand for cash* Nothing yesterday which is just as well.
