    • Meal plan from existing stocks as much as possible every week. Not sure which of the choices will be least hassle tonight as we're out from 5.00 for a couple of hours. By the time we get back I won't feel like starting cooking so I think it'll have to be something quick from the freezer which I meant for Thursday.
    • Clear desk gibble daily Sorted.
    • Stop ****ing swearing. Fine £1 a word for each ****ing occurence Nuffink for yesterday. :T
    • Identify and contact five outlets for each working day in February, so that's 21 in all List for calls today finally created yesterday.
    • 15 minutes a day flying five days a week. Washing. That is all.
    • No sugary stuff one day a week for the first week, two days a week for the second week, three days a week in Week 3 and four days a week in Week 4. Still craving chocolate at 3.30pm but having a big lunch reduces it quite a bit.
    • No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm No computer. ;)
    • 5 fruit and veg a day Tick.
    • Electric toothbrush once a day. Doing it in the morning after my first dog walk. That seems to suit much better because it means I can feel virtuous all day. :A
    Better is good enough.

    2) Just over 16,000 steps :j:j (double the target so double the jumping with joy :)).
    3) Light off at 11.00pm :o.
    4) No spends on other people :j.

You're doing great, Dolphin, and thanks, Joey. I know I should just get it over and done with every day and the Flylady Thread works better for me than anything else has so I'll stick with the slapdash and haphazard routine that sometimes works - which is a lot more than any or any other system has.
I use Flylady every January and after any holiday - it always helps me get back on track. But then I lose the plot with it. So far so good, with this frog eating approach however. All downstairs rooms, kitchen, bathrooms sorted and the beds are made. Laundry in the machine and I've even done an hour of work.

I always find millionaire's shortbread seriously over-rated - that lovely gluey caramel completely ruined by gritty shortbready stuff that's never made with butter. And the 'choclate' isn't chocolate, just dark brown gunge, so trebly disappointing imho, Dolphin. Just pour the caramel down my throat from a jug and have done with it.

    *coping vibes* for you, Happy.
    • Meal plan from existing stocks as much as possible every week. Improvements all round - OH has dreamed up a veggie thing to go with tonight's vegless spag bol using a wrinkled green pepper and a courgette. Excellent. I love it when OH thinks for himself.
    • Clear desk gibble daily Sorted.
    • Stop ****ing swearing. Fine £1 a word for each ****ing occurence A couple of quid for yesterday. Oops.
    • Identify and contact five outlets for each working day in February, so that's 21 in all The listy was 46 but I had to prune it, so only 31 calls made. Samples sent.
    • 15 minutes a day flying five days a week. Ice caps in fridge defrosting.
    • No sugary stuff one day a week for the first week, two days a week for the second week, three days a week in Week 3 and four days a week in Week 4. Not quite such bad cravings.
    • No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm No computer and lights out by 9.30, utterly cream crackered.
    • 5 fruit and veg a day Tick.
    • Electric toothbrush once a day. Did it in the morning after my first dog walk.
    Better is good enough.
  • Hope everything is ok Mrs HappyNow!

    3) Light off at 10.30pm :j.

I'd just call the choux bun quality control and pat yourself on the back for being so conscientious, Dolphin. I mean, if you don't check out the goodies you like, how are you going to be able to enjoy yourself and have something to look forward to?

*more coping vibes* for you, Happy. Is it time to administer emergency Fry's Peppermint Creams?
    • Meal plan from existing stocks as much as possible every week. Interesting developement. OH was cooking in a hurry last night, reached into the cupboard and grabbed the first bag of pasta he could reach which happened to be fuselli which he normally doesn't like - and loved it. It was my GF pasta so that means we won't have to cook two lots in future. Excellent.
    • Clear desk gibble daily Sorted.
    • Stop ****ing swearing. Fine £1 a word for each ****ing occurence Does 'carp' count? The jury's still out - hearing it doesn't offend me, so I think I'll cough up anyway and feel super-virtuous but let myself off after Fab February's over.
    • Identify and contact five outlets for each working day in February, so that's 21 in all Nothing done yesterday, far too busy catching up on all the stuff that didn't get done on Tuesday and Wednesday.
    • 15 minutes a day flying five days a week. Up to date if I ignore the dust, grubby paintwork and general animal hairiness everywhere. *sigh*
    • No sugary stuff one day a week for the first week, two days a week for the second week, three days a week in Week 3 and four days a week in Week 4. Passing 1!d1 yesterday I splurged on my favourite chocolate bar and some mini marzipan dark chocolate eggs for OH for Easter. I've had to ask him to hide them so I don't raid the supplies before Easter Sunday, which seems an age away.
    • No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm I'd missed two episodes of The Archers so I simply had to use catch up last night. Oops.
    • 5 fruit and veg a day Tick.
    • Electric toothbrush once a day. I think I've cracked this; the morning works much better for me, as long as I can leave it until I've walked the dog. There is simply no way he'd stand quietly while I did it before he went out, though.
    Better is good enough.

When I had to go gf, we tried a few gf pastas until we could find one that we were both happy with, there was no way I was doing separate pans of pasta :).

I guess it depends on the individual person but IMO 'carp' is fine as long as it's not every other word of course :D.

Good luck with resisting that chocolate bar, Easter really is ages away, you might have to scoff it and get another one ;).

Hope you're all ok at Happy Towers :hello:

Fry's Peppermint and Original Creams in B&M bargains today, and orange ones in Home Bargains on Wednesday.

Glad its the weekend, seems to have been a very long week - think someone was shoving extra Tuesdays in there when I wasn't looking. 2 rooms now all cleared and ready for decorating, 1 room only awaiting the boards in the attic to be almost ready and the other just defeats me at the moment, but think if I take the little TV in there on Saturday and several episodes of Columbo I can get it to submit.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend.
