Healthy eating. It was all going very well until I decided to have four squares of Cadbury's Marvellous Creations, then ate the rest of the 150g bar
Ooops, clearly you can't be trusted to have chocolate in the house in the same way that I can't be trusted to have cake in the house. :rotfl:0 -
Hello ladies, just popping by so you don't think that I've been eaten by monsters, though there were some mahoosive spiders in the room of doom that I've been Kondo-ing. Busy weekend, and still have MIL here so will have to wait til tomorrow to get back into my normal swim of things.
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Day 13...
1) No chocolate, sweets or biscuits.
2) No cake.
3) Light off at 11 but still struggling to get a decent nights sleep since the cold and now my sinuses are playing up.
4) Meal plan done although have changed the order around as OH wasn't up to eating much yesterday.
5) No spends on other people.0 -
Yes, the Fitbit Charge is a bit like a "fancy computerised pedometer" but can do more. For example, it also records other things like floors climbed etc. and if you download the app on to your phone you can record food eaten and other exercise you have done to get a fuller picture of how you are doing (haven't tried this yet). It also logs your sleep at night so you can see how much sleep you have had and how restless you were. Also, if you set up a Fitbit account online, it logs everything and sends you a weekly report by email.Ooops, clearly you can't be trusted to have chocolate in the house in the same way that I can't be trusted to have cake in the house. :rotfl:Day 13...

Update:
Money. Doing OK so far. Had to spend £30 on a friend's birthday pressie & bought a bra in the M & S sale. It's a perfect fit and was reduced to £7.50 from £16 so that was a bargain and very much a 'need'.
Healthy Eating All good except for the £1 Priority Moment Pizza for lunch. They're tiny, it barely counts.
Water Yup, loads
Sleep. I'm writing this at 3 am, so there's not much more to say really is there!
Spring cleaning Last thing on my mind right now, but the house is relatively tidy provided you don't look too closely/open any wardrobes
Sit-ups Giving them a miss because I have back-ache. It's something I get from time to time and it usually only lasts a few days so I'm taking plenty of ibuprofen and waiting for it to pass.
OK, back to bed with me for another two and a half hoursLBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

I should start at the end, Happy.
Technically I shouldn't be allowed on MFW either because I have aa *ssshhhh* credit card balance.
Horsey rural folk over here also.0 -

Snazzy new bra is a must for smart holidays, no?

I haven't come across Priority Moment Pizzas before. Is it anything like the Morri$on'$ Special Offer bread with onion, mozarella and various other pizza-like toppings I picked up yesterday which went extremely well with slow-cooker pea and mint soup? Well worth a quid of anyone's money in both cases I'd have thought.

That sounds pretty miserable in anyone's world, Happy. I hope you're not feeling as grim today as you thought you were doing to, and that you find something that helps you sleep, be it valerian, radio 4 or hot milky drinks. Insomnia is a curse.

*Healing vibes* for your back.
It sounds as though you're still chugging along, Happy, but not enjoying things much at the moment, which is most unlike you. When does the holiday start?Better is good enough.0 -
- Does leaving the dog at home alone for three and a half hours count? In view of the worries I had about seperation anxiety it's going in the mix. He was absolutely fine, thank goodness. Later in the day a neighbour took him for a walk which they both loved, and the towelling he had afterwards turned into a mutual love-fest so I worked on his front legs. That's huge progress.
- Nothing on insurance again. (Oops to the tune of a lot.) There are only two things on my Must Do list this week and this is one of them.
- *rustles freezer bags, yawns, and puts off doing anything again* Despite eating carp for a couple of days the lbs are still disappearing which is great, but very mysteriously the inches aren't. I'm below my first target weight wise but my cleavage is still more of a crowded balcony, as they French say, than I would like.
- Lights out by 9.30 last night and I slept right through until 6.45. I need a few more of those again.
- I've washed half the carpets at the chalet and reset the dehumidifier but it's due to rain all day today so the rest will have to wait until tomorrow. (Item No 2 on the Must Do list.)
