Who can afford to have a flat sat empty these days, for the "just in case I fancy some time out" moments? Just ridiculous. It would be more sensible for the flat to be rented out (to pay for itself) and to go stay in a Travelodge for that one night every month or so he wants time to himself. If you live somewhere 7 days a week you contribute to THAT household. End of.

I fail to understand how any parent can allow someone to live with them and their child before they know whether they are committed to the relationship!! How irresponsible is that!!0 -
You could also say though that it's irresponsible basically using money from the state which is supposed to be used heating, clothing and feeding her child which is instead being used to subsidise someone who owns his own house and isn't paying his keep...0
