Do they let you CPS your calls?

i am not sure as far as i am aware the line is still with BT , they just act as agent on your behalf, they do not let you use override codes for other providers

also with madasafish you can use there cost calculator to find how much the call cost before you ring and unlike primus you can view a summary and price of all calls made virtually in real time , enabling you to keep a daily track on how much you are spending , via logging to my account

I have just telephoned Primus for more info after being put off by this post but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful aalthough he was aware of this site.

Seems fairly straight forward to me I am currently with talktalk and he informed me of the various options open to me and advised me that I would not be transferred to Primus until I had received notification from BT advising me of date of transfer.

Haven't made a decision yet but seems ok.
  • Sorry i stand corrected 4p not 5p a minute 24/7 from a BT landline, but expensive if your phones not working and your using a mobile(unless your on O2 contract). Shame they dont offer a freecall,or a geo number for their customer service like some other suppliers do.

I'm pretty sure o2 revoked calls to 0870/0845 being taken out of your allowance a while ago... :(

They are still included at the moment.

Recently switched from Primus Option 2 to Euphony. Seems to work pretty well. And free calls to customer services if you need it.

They were fine with me before the problems started.

A test of a good company is how they behave when things go wrong.

My view for what its worth - avoid this company. Madasfish seem a much better bet.

I have had the PrimusPlanet-Talk free weekend & evening calls for a few years. No probs using 18185 for cheaper daytime calls, but I am now going to change back to BT for the free weekend & evening call tarrif.
