Thank you everyone for your kindness. Spent 2hrs chatting with her tonight, good old Skype, and she was less tearful when we said goodbye. I wake my poor husband about 4am to check the iPad for an update from her. Good job he is such a nice guy.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

my mother has been ill since march
mystery illness (after a bad bout of flu)
dr has tested for everything, as has the hospital
she is now attending the neurology unit to see if they can find out whats wrong
she has gone from a strong independant woman to one who cannot get out of bed for days on end, and can be right again the next day:(
dr said they will rule out everything and put it down to ME
as it doesnt have a difinitve diagnosis:(
i hope you SIL gets help soon and is on the mend0 -

hey everyone, hope everyone doing well and crafting! I went to hobbycraft today and got a few things for my crafting projects. I have a few things on the go right now
1) paper mache a new sealed pot (i'm trying to make a horse!),
2) a small cross stitch kit for my mom,
3) 2 teddy bear making kits (one was a gift!)
and 4) two taggy blankets (although these are taking forever cos our sewing amchine is sick!).
I also bought several packs of tissue paper, a roll of cellophane, a cookie cutter, several bits of christmas ribbon and bows and some black felt. Was debt free then ex walked out and COVID hit.0 -
Still no news everyone. Tomorrow it is biopsys so not sure how long to wait after that.
On a more cheerful note I am thinking of making a couple of these for my grand babies for Christmas. They will be 14 month and 1 year at Christmas. http://www.gonetoearth.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=261_419_176&products_id=608Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0 -
