    Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a lovely day. I spent every minute of daylight (and some more) out and about with friends and family. I had my WW pedometer thing on and I've walked a phenomenal 17 miles today which equates to 83 pro-points!!!

Does that mean I came home and stuffed myself with cake ... nope, better than that ... spagetti on buttery toast mmmmmm (bit off of the menu plan and I'm sure there's not much nutritious in that, but it was delicious). Despite all of that I've only eaten 25 pro-points (tick track day 6/7) which means I could probably managed another one of the green and blacks chocolate bars :-D

Also managed a sneaky wee NSD ... number 4/5 hooray!

Am fairly exhausted, so not going to catch up on diaries now, but will pop by tomorrow to read them all - hope today was good for you all. Night x

    Day 16

Good morning! Today is the start of the new bit of the job so have drawn a big smile on my face and meeting it enthusiastically head on!

    Today's Goals
    • Walk 5WW points
    • Track everything I eat 7/7
    • Enthusiastically get on with new job
    • Finish DH Project - no matter how long it takes!!!
    • Do some washing (yup there's more!!)
    • Volunteers meeting
I can't think of anything else I can afford at the minute, there are some things I'd love to get sorted - but they all cost money!!!

I weighed myself this morning - it's always going to be a Monday - and I was 11.6 which I think is 2 off from last week :j. 10 more to go in total, 7 more to go in 5 weeks - that's doable isn't it :)

    Enjoy your day everyone x
  • Hope you managed to keep hold of your suitably enthusiastic smile all day and the job wasnt too bad after all!:D

Sounds like you are doing really well with the weightloss, well done ! :TI have the willpower of a slug ( Im assuming they have no willpower but maybe they do, but it was all I could think of!! :rotfl:)and always head for a bag of Haribos the minute the going gets tough ! Those lovely jelly teddy bear ones ! Yum !

  • The weight loss is amazing and your goal is totally do-able (is that a word?) All that walking is really paying off.

    • Track everything I eat 7/7 :):(31:(:) oops
    • Enthusiastically get on with new job :D:o:D
    • Finish DH Project - no matter how long it takes!!! :mad:I left the memory stick at work ... so have done everything I can, it just needs pieced together in the morning ... so I've done it, but about 10 mins cut and pasting:)
    • Do some washing (yup there's more!!) :)2/5 loads done:)
    • Volunteers meeting:)

So not the most successful day, but had a lot of things that needed done that were destined to take ages and ages. Smiled enthusiastically at everyone re: new job - maybe over-smiled on occasion if that's possible :o ...

Came home and DH had a spit the dummy moment. DD2 made sharp exit to friends house, I went out and DD3 took to her room. One day I'll have the energy to tackle that particular long-overdue sad issue, but for now it's sort of midway down the long list of my "how to make my life better goals".

Lol, I'm not exactly a bundle of joy this week am I!!! My goal tomorrow will be not to groan on MSE about anything for the whole day :A:A

    Night everyone xx
  • Moan away ceebeeby, we are all here to listen. Happy or sad !

Sorry your day hasn't been too good , my goal tomorrow will be the same as yours !

    Fancy a challenge ?!! X
