  • Love it :rotfl:

I know what you mean though - sometimes I feel like I need to have something to be doing.... i can't quite explain it but I have to have a kind of project going on, and if there is nothing going on I feel lost (and a bit despondent), yes it is official - I am a bit strange :D

I definitely need focus - without it I get bored, grouchy and miserable. We can be strange together :D

Just read part of a brilliant book that Amazon decided to recommend to me (their algorthithms were on particularly top form this evening) called How To Do Everything and Be Happy. I'm pretty skint this month but figured I could stretch to £1.99 (lucky enough to have a Kindle!) to find out the truth to univeral bliss :rotfl:. It gave me a bit of a kick up the rather large bottom so I'm less moany for now :o:p. If I whinge again over the next few days feel free to shout at me. Unless its about First Direct who I'm still too scared to call.

If you dont have £1.99 basically it says organise yourself, figure out what you want and get on with it. You're welcome.

Wine o clock time now the danger of my dissolving into a flood of self indulgent tears over my sad pathetic existence after a mouthful of alcohol is over.
As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again

Well the very first thing you have to do is source a diary/planner - not a journal for thoughts and feelings, a proper time planner. You can use paper/pc/phone whatever as longs as it can be close to you all the time. Thats day 1 :D Stick with it - it gets better

The boredom is the worst thing I'm finding :(

Are you crafty? Could [STRIKE]get the kids into making[/STRIKE] make stuff that you could sell. That would eat time up.

I'm determined to get a new start going - get into some new social activities and meet more people and some exercise classes. Am sick of being lonely more than anything (have been single for years :o) and am convinced that part of the reason I've got into this debt mess is covering that up with spending money. Need to find the right thing though - internet dating doesnt do it for me at all - something low pressure with low weirdo quotients would be ideal.

  • We didnt go to the park it is way to cold and slippy lol. We decided we would fetch my materess down, close the curtains and watch a film, guess what it started so well now there both asleep  Says as much for my company :rotfl:

I agree on the getting out and being lonely. I'm going to start back at the gym this week. I keep putting it off becuase Im to embaressed to go :o:o Its mainly all males lol so 90% of the tim I go and end up talkign rather than actually doing anything! So this is going to change lol :rotfl:
  • I apologise, haven't done anything improving today so no tips to pass on. Keeping the diary is still point number one. Will try and remember what it is supposed to be for tomorrow!
