Stay positive hun! Anyone would be in shock after that ... Keeping fingers crossed all turns out ok in the end. (Sorry, don't mean that to sound quite so flippant as it appears when written down!) x
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

    hehe :D

I know what you mean, we did try and have a laugh with him about it today, he has a bit of a drink problem and Mum was telling him off for drink to much and he turned round and said it was nothing to do with the 8 pint's ( I'd have been floored) he'd had that afternoon, it was the fact he's been drinking in a different pub!!! :rotfl:

But it's the quiet moments when you see him thinking, it just wasn't very nice

Yep, definately. I think he just gave himself a huge scare and it'll take some time to get over it. He just walked out in front of the car, said he didn't even see it.

I've seen someone do that once when I was driving, terrifying. They then went on to bounce off a shop sign. I was so scared for the state of that person so it's understandable that he's reflective now.

Yeah, stupid state to get yourself in really.

I think people think that they are being 'safe' when they walk home from a night out. But you still need to be aware of whats going on around you.

Well, it's done now and as you said earlier, he's in the right place to get some help. Hope you get to see him again without silly aunt getting in the way.

Last day of the holiday today :(

But I am planning on having a busy and yet organised one, so here is today todo list:

    Have a general tidy up
Iron selection of work clothes for the week
    Make packed lunch for tomorrow
    Cook pasta bake for tonight
    take some pictures for ebay
    clean out my car

then I'm off to a friends with the pasta bake for dinner with her and her little boy.

We have some left over gamon which I'll make sandwiches with at lunchtime and if there is any left it'll probably go in my salad for tomorrow. If not I'm looking at chicken nugget salad :D

Going to try for a NSD but I may end up getting a pudding, unless I take the remaining bit of icecream and I have some marble cake left..... that could do at pudding right???

I've got into a run with the NSD's and I don't want to break it :D
